Clean and comfortable! A/C cools the room with efficiency. There's a closet for storage. Small kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Cable TV and wireless Internet available.
- *Exterior spalling and painting has been going on. Construction noise will be ongoing from M-F 9am to 5pm and might be heard from the unit.
The Space:
Fully remodeled unit with all the amenities for a business trip, or a vacation.
The parking in the building is $45/day or $40/day after when you pay for multiple days. (Cash only)
Guest Access:
Guest has all access to building amenities except front desk. The Gym can be used, but there is a fee of $5 for your duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Building is located in Waikiki, on the corner of Niu st and Ala Wai Blvd. Near Convention Center, and is about 3 blocks to the beach. Ala Moana shopping center is nearby, as well as supermarkets Food Pantry and Don Quijote. Walmart is just a little farther then Don Quijote but still in walking distance. The opposite direction is the main street Kalakaua with all the shops and restaurants to keep anyone happy.
Getting Around:
Bus stop is near, and a lot of things are walking distance. Rental car place in the lobby area.
