Ice

If you need more ice, there’s a convenient ice dispensing machine across from SAFEWAY—you’ll pass it on your way from the airport. You can also grab a bag at the ABC Store, just a five‑minute walk from the condo. Please place ice only in the freezer or a cooler, never in sinks. Condensation can trigger the water‑sensor alarm.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 2 children (additional guests are $50 per night)

Parking: Maximum of two cars per condo

Hotel‑zoned property: Your stay is secure now and in the future; this condo is not affected by pending Maui legislation

Rule violations: Any fines issued by the association are the responsibility of the guest

Water Sensor System

We have discreet water sensors placed near potential leak sources. If a sensor is activated, you’ll hear an alarm. Our on‑island managers will immediately attempt to reach you via the phone number on your account through calls and texts.

If there’s no response, they will knock and enter the unit to address the emergency. This protects both you and the property.

To avoid accidental alarms:

Do not place bags of ice in sinks

Keep cardboard away from damp areas

Notify us immediately if you hear an alarm

Tropical Environment

Maui is a tropical island, and bugs exist even with regular prevention.

The condo receives quarterly professional pest control using a non‑toxic treatment that takes less than ten minutes

If you refuse entry to exterminators, you will be charged for their return visit

Despite treatments, bugs may still enter—often through the lanai slider

German cockroaches love cardboard, especially Costco boxes. If you bring cardboard into the condo and notice bugs, discard the boxes immediately and notify our on‑island team so we can arrange treatment
