This very quiet unit has wonderful Ocean, pool & Hawaiian landscaping views. The "partial ocean view" can be seen from the lanai (see view photos). Unit F202 was completely remodeled and professionally decorated just a couple of years ago.
The remodel was complete!!! - Everything in the unit was replaced and is "brand-new" including all new appliances, new high-capacity washer and dryer, all new "high-end" furniture, new linens and pillows and all new housewares. Please see the photos - simply impeccable...
Unit F-202 is a 2 BR / 2 BA luxurious AIR CONDITIONED unit boasts roughly 2,000 square foot of living area (plus an extra-large lanai -roughly 35 feet long by 9 feet deep).
Additionally, Unit F-202 is in the most ideal location, the unit is on the second floor which gives you the perfect combination of privacy, security and view. Also, first and second floor units are considered to have the best floor plans as everything is on one level with an "open floor plan".. Additionally, the unit is very quiet and peaceful has a wonderful expansive view overlooking the pool area (fantastic nighttime view)., golf course and the island of Molokai in the background.

• LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION : Unit F-202 is on the 2nd floor which offers a perfect combination of view, privacy and accessibility. The unit is a premium location, in addition to the partial ocean-view, you are overlooking the pool area (great at night), the golf course and the island of Molokai in the background.
• The location of the unit it is extremely quiet compared with other units (no road noise or early-morning golf mower noise).
• Additionally, the back of unit F-202 faces "North-west".. This is the IDEAL orientation for the slight breeze of Tradewinds and you will enjoy the unit all day without the menacing hot sun beaming down into the unit and lanai.
• Superb gourmet kitchen (including granite countertops and Italian glass tile backsplash etc),
• Full Size Washer and Dryer (including laundry soap)
• All Bed linens are of the highest quality 100% Egyptian cotton 650 thread count (very soft).

The Kaanapali Royal Resort Condominium is located in the most ideal area in Kaanapali Beach. It is located on the Royal Kaanapali golf course just behind the most premium beach and hotels and all of Maui (within a quarter-mile of the Whaler luxury condominiums, The Sheraton Hotel, The Westin Maui Hotel, the Maui Marriott and the Hyatt hotel/resort. Additionally it is in very close proximity to Black Rock snorkeling area and Whalers Village Shops. Everything totally convenient and is in walking distance. Whalers Village has over 100 shops and restaurants for eating or just to browse through, so you and the family never have to jump in the car to go eat or shop....or drive home after dinner. Kaanapali Beach has been voted 'Best Beach in the USA' year after year by resort critics.
Enjoy sailing, snorkeling, surfing, diving, golf, tennis, scuba diving, fine dining, hiking, jogging and world class shops all only steps away from your fully equipped 'plush' condominium. Other amenities include tennis courts, swimming pool & hot tub (jacuzzi), pool area barbecue and picnic areas.
50%+ vrbo fee deposit to reserve and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
* ***PARKING FEE: FLAT PARKING FEE OF $160 (per vehicle) regardless of # of nights staying in the unit. each unit comes with one parking place, however sometimes the Association can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. (maximum 2 vehicles) - Parking Fee payable to the front desk upon arrival. There is also plenty of on street parking a few hundred yards away outside the front gate..... but please park there at your own risk.
* This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 9 people (including children). There is an additional guest charge of $15/nightly for MORE THAN 5 guests in the unit. For example, 6 guests in the unit will pay an additional $15/nightly, 7 guests in the unit will pay an additional $30/nightly, 8 guests in the unit will pay an additional $45/nightly, etc...... This will be itemized/disclosed in the booking amount when you book. The reason for this additional fee is for additional linens, towels and additional housekeeping expense assessed by the housekeeper.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The amenities were exactly as described - our family of 6 were so comfortable for our entire stay. The provided water toys and boogie boards were great as well.
Host was very communicative. The description of the condo was very misleading. It was not a short walk to Whalers Village unless you cut through a busy golf course. Housekeeping left a little to be desired. Bathroom doors were filthy. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. The pool was ok, but the hot ttub was broken. With 5 people, we were always running out of hot water. The condo is spacious, but needs some work.
We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's condo. Things that stood out included lots of flexibility with sleeping options, the layout of second floor unit, and the well appointed unit.We liked the fold down twin Murphy bed which was comfortable as well as the different options for sofa bed or rollaway. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully updated and we appreciated all of the little touches such as laundry soap, cleaning products, spices and beach towels. We rented snorkel gear next door at The Snorkel Store but it was nice to have some beach items in the storage unit for anyone that needs them. Our kids borrowed pickleball rackets from the front desk to play on the courts and I noticed tennis rackets in the closet of Jim's condo which was nice too. Communication with Jim was fast and easy. Thank you Jim for a great week. I hope we can return in the future!

Great setup for families. Easy parking and cooking. Very clean. Lots of beach toys to borrow Loved spending time on the lanai. The owner really cared about making it a great experience for guests. Would stay here again.
So coinvent close to everything
We had an amazing stay! It met all of our expectations and than some!
Great place for my family of 5. Spacious, clean, and open. Liked being able to cook and talk to my family in the living room. Love the washer and dryer and the beach equipment - we only used a few chairs but it was convenient. Woukd definitely stay here again.

Owner Jim was excellent to work with and kept us updated as our trip got closer. Very large spacious unit with nice lanai where we spent every evening winding down. Plan on returning in 2026....
I had my family and in-laws stay with us for a week and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful interior, outstanding location.Being so close to shops, restaurants and beaches is the selling point of this place. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience taste of Maui.
What a great home base for our multi-generational family vacation! The floor plan was roomy and amenities were great. Easily walk to Whalers Village and close-by shops, including a very yummy shave ice spot! We would definitely come back again! Jim was great and very responsive.
This is just what we were looking for. Central location, private, all the amenities.
We were there for the Maui Half Marathon and could not have picked a better place. The location was perfect for all of our adventures and coming back to a beautiful and well maintained condo was heaven. We enjoyed resting and eating on the lanai. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after the half marathon to relax our tired muscles. Jim was great with the communication and made everything extremly easy. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
The condo was clean and well-organized. There were plenty of beach towels available. The outdoor closet was stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, providing everything we needed for a day at the beach. Having access to a washer and dryer was a major convenience. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. And the sunsets from the lanai were simply breathtaking. Kaanapali Royal is a fantastic condominium complex. It offered a variety of amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to both Black Rock beach and the shops at Whalers Village. We truly appreciate you sharing this wonderful location with us, Jim. It helped us create lasting memories!
The unit was everything that was promised and more! It has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course and the distant ocean. It worked great for our family. A well equipped kitchen. Much quieter and less busy than the ocean front resorts.
Very clean and well maintained condo in a great location. So close to the beach and many shops and dining spots. Jim is a wonderful host and made sure our Maui trip was a memorable one. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting 🏝️
