The full kitchen and washer and dryer make breakfast, beach snacks, and sandy towels simple, while the lanai is made for a quieter end to the day. Plan a waterfall adventure with Kayak Wailua, hike the nearby Sleeping Giant Trail, or play Wailua Golf Course, about five miles south. Kapaa's old-town restaurants, coffee spots, and shops add local character without the pace of a resort zone. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This is a comfortable Kauai choice for guests who want beach access, a pool, and the island's lush east side close by.
The Space:
This 1,072-square-foot condo gives four guests two bedrooms, two baths, and a comfortable common space for slower afternoons. The kitchen is equipped for family meals, and the living room has a cable TV and WiFi when you want a break from the sun. Ocean views and a lanai extend the sense of space, while a washer and dryer keep beach days easy. Please note there is no air conditioning.
Guest Access:
Guests at Lae Nani enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool and beautifully landscaped, garden view grounds just steps from Lae Nani Beach. A disabled parking spot and accessible height toilet support easy access, and the beachfront setting puts the sand right outside. Nearby shopping and a laundromat add convenience for longer stays.

Kapaa sits on Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, with the ocean on one side and green mountain scenery on the other. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae path follows the shoreline nearby, making it easy to walk or bike between beaches and parks. Lae Nani Beach is close for golden sand and gentler water, while Wailua River offers kayaking adventures inland. Kapaa's old town has coffee, local restaurants, and small shops. It is a laid-back east-side base for families who want Kauai's everyday charm.
Getting Around:
Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.

Love this location; I have stayed at the adjacent Kauai Shores for many years. This year we stayed here as we needed additional room. No regrets!
Great location, appropriate furnishings and kitchen equipped nicely.
It is a good property to stay. Comfortable for family of 4. A bit older but reasonably well maintained. There are a few things that need to be updated though like the living room sofa. Great view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to grocery store and nice restaurants. The beach on the northern side behind the coconut market place is more open/better for watching the sunrise and only a few steps from the back of the property. It is a gated community and parking was not an issue.
What a beautiful property! The unit itself is a bit dated inside, but clean and comfortable. The location is walkable to the coconut market, restaurants, several beaches and even the wailua river. We spent the most time at the beach directly in front of the unit. Will return.
This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with lots of amenities. The view from the balcony was lovely and the grounds and pool, also. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well- appointed. Lots of towels.

We really enjoyed the lanai every morning for breakfast, the view of the ocean and mountains is great. The unit is comfortable, but it doesn't have AC. The bedrooms are in the back, there's little breeze that makes it back there. They have lots of portable fans, but a couple of evenings it was pretty stuffy sleeping. They had towels, chairs, a cooler and other things for the beach and other adventures around the island.

I would highly recommend this condo, great location and near stores and restaurants. Beautiful views from the lanai. The only reason I gave the online listing a 4 instead of a 5,is that I asked about beach equipment, primarily a beach umbrella.Mgt kept saying they were not sure and what you see is what they have, they did not seem to know that in the storage closet (kind of hidden) on the lanai they have everything you could possible want for the beach. I just wish the condo Mgt would have known as well and I could have saved the $30.00 I spent on a umbrella. I asked for a credit but they denied me. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked.
This condo was amazing! It’s WAY better than the photos! The property is beautiful! The condo is filled will all the necessities! My family had a wonderful vacation here! I highly recommend this condo for your vacation!
