PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great location !!
Perfect place for myself and 4 friends for a week. Great location on the island, close to most activities. 5-10 minute walk to 3 different beaches. Great place for a great price.
We love the area where the beach was walking distance and a local town nearby made shopping easier. Just a couple of complaints, no ceiling light in master bedroom, no curtain in upstairs bedroom to block the morning sun, and wish they had a walk-in shower. It was hard for us older folks to get in and out. No big deal really. I would stay again’
Great location! Grounds are beautiful and a nice walk to the beach. Was a little warm in the loft without A/C, but we asked for an extra fan and the property manager brought one right away. Evenings cooled down very nicely with the trade winds. Service from Parrish was super - very responsive and communicative. Would stay here again.
Friendly relaxing and peaceful atmosphere
Regency at Poipu Kai is wonderful! Very clean and neat, and the landscaping was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was a plus.
This location was awesome, grounds are beautiful, condo is roomy and clean. Pretty out dated, needs paint or trim but it’s clean so didn’t bother us. No ac was not a problem, cool’s down at night, plenty of fans for everyone. Would stay here again.
Good: spacious and good location with a short walk to beaches. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (although I had to call for those) were provided. Not so good: this unit is in need of major updates. The refrigerator has a hard time keeping things cold. Furniture is worn down and dated. Family room furniture is not comfortable to relax on at all. Shower was not clean, leftover wash cloth still in it from last guests. Dirt stains and wear are visible in both showers. No AC wasn't a problem until the pool guy shows up every morning at 530 outside of rooms and moves chairs around and starts cleaning. Woke me every morning and had to close sliding door. He has a job to do, just unfortunate it's right outside bedroom windows.This unit needs some serious love and attention to make it more relaxing and welcoming.
The highlight of this stay for us (4 adults, 2 kids) was the location. It is a short walk down a path to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach. This is a really nice area to stay in. The unit itself is spacious and includes all the necessary amenities but could probably use some updating. Overall, we would recommend staying here.

We we're pleasantly surprised to see the condo was so much nicer in reality than the pictures presented. The condo was very clean the furniture. The furniture was so much nicer then the pictures indicated. The walk to the beach was as easy as it could be. The Landscaping in the complex was almost surreal feeling. So much Greenery! The only noise in the complex was the beautiful birds outside our windows. I would definitely stay there again. could be being less than 10 minutes
Our first time to Kauai! From the pictures I could tell it was older, but we were going for the location, not to hang out in the condo all day. We loved the location! And a short drive to good places to eat and shops. The beds, linens and towels are good. The unit needs an update and /or deep clean, not all electrical outlets work well, even the ceiling fans sometimes stopped temporarily. The bathtub I wouldn’t use, only for shower, wasn’t looking great. Theres no a/c so fans were on and windows open. I liked being on the 2nd floor I felt safe to leave a sliding door open with screen in evening (the locks on sliders and slider door are hit and miss if they want to work ). The unit has a parking space, boogie boards, a couple beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas and the unit has 6 beach towels. The staff was in communication throughout the stay with text, letting me know when unit was ready, making sure we didn’t need anything, and check out instructions. I did text them when someone was in my parking place and when the bathroom door had an issue, they were attentive and handled everything quickly! The grounds are beautiful and clean, we enjoyed pickleball and tennis (for a fee, have weekly or daily rates). Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
This was a great spot to stay. It felt a little farther from Poipu Beach but only because we have stayed at spots closer. Quiet and well appointed, it was perfect for my family and I (husband, two college boys)
The unit is welcoming and very comfortable. A positive was the lovely balconies over the pool and we enjoyed using the BBQs. However, the volume of noise from the pool is high so if you have a low tolerance for happy screaming - beware. Also, we were entertained by watching many small children- with nappys and shoes on- crowd the hot tub for hours underneath the sign saying "No children under 14 years".
