Recently upgraded 3-bedroom ocean and mountain views!

Wonderful location overlooking the crashing ocean waves. Easy walk to Shipwreck Island. Definitely would return!

Great property. Had everything we needed, well stocked with all of the necessities. No air conditioning ,but there were plenty of fans to help. Close to a nice walking path with views and Poipu Beach.

Everything was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised there were oscilating fans for the rooms. It helped keep us cool when it was raining and we couldn't have the windows open. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook with. It was clean. Beautiful property to walk around. Would recommend.

The location of this unit is exemplary, with an unobstructed southwest view. It is an older complex, but this unit is in excellent shape and well-cared for. It is on the fourth level of the complex, but access from the parking lot is up an easy one and a half flights of stairs. There are three levels. The first level is the kitchen, dining area and family room with a half bath and laundry area. Level two has the master bedroom (with ensuite), bedroom two with two twin beds and a full bathroom. Third level is a loft with a queen bed. Bonus is a closet stuffed with beach chairs, snorkeling gear and a couple of body boards. This place was comfortable, clean and decently appointed. Lack of AC is the only negative, so watch out for those hot summer months. There are ceiling and stand up fans in every room to keep the air moving, though. All in all, an excellent stay that made me happy.

I wished there had been a sandy beach, the floors were filthy, so we wore our flip flops all the time, the patio furniture was not cleaned, you really really need AC, as we’re never coming back there! But the condo would’ve been great if it had been cool inside! Loved the rooms and the layout was good!

Great location, easy to access, Evelyn was wonderful with communication and meeting our needs. The back area with the ocean view is now under construction which was a bummer but was still beautiful!

Really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Well equipped and clean! Nice view of the ocean. Loved hearing the ocean at night.

Great view and location! A perfect place to lay our heads, cook, and relax. Beaches in walking distance. Property is a bit weathered due to being so close to salt water and wind. However, updates and remodels are on the way. We felt very comfortable and they have coolers and beach chairs to borrow. Tennis and pickle ball court, outdoor grilling, pool, and hot tub all available to guests.

The proper met our needs in cleanliness and comfort. It slept the six of us very comfortably and it was located in an area close to the beach and shopping. Although there was no air conditioning, the ocean breezes were definitely cool enough for comfort and ease for seeping. We were very satisfied with our time in this home.

Loved the condo and building. Pool and hot tub were so nice, the view from the condo was amazing and in a great location. Condo was very clean and a nice layout.

Multiple flight of stairs to the unit. Three flights of stairs to the pool. No elevator, no cell service, beds were very old. Kitchen supplies are old and mis-matched. The unit was hot and humid even with all the fans running. This was my 6th visit to Kauai. Never again at this property.

Great info provided prior to arrival. Condo is 3 levels with the 1/2 bath, Laundry, kitchen and living room on main Level. Beds were very comfortable, condo was extremely well equipped with everything from puzzles/games, beach gear to the kitchen amenities (and everything in between.) During our stay, the front door lock malfunctioned and Evelyn was very responsive! Maintenance was working on it within 10 minutes and the next day a new lock was installed. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to stay again. (We left a note that one light was burnt out on staircase).

Excellent property near Poipu beach. Perfect location with awesome wide views of the mountains and the ocean. There was plenty of beach gear to make the days more enjoyable. The split level floor plan is perfect for families or friends traveling together so everyone has their own space to spread out. The property manager was responsive to any questions we had. This unit faces the ocean, so there is a nice breeze if you open the windows. It does get quite hot otherwise. We used fans at night but would have liked some AC. Breakfast on the lanai is spectacular.

We were pleased with everything on the property. The grounds were nice and adjacent to a walking path leading to several beaches. Unfortunately the hot tub was not warm several of the days we were there which is why we didn’t give it five stars but I do want to acknowledge VRBO did contact the association. We appreciated the beach toys available for use. This unit does have significant stairs so may not best if you have elderly guests.

You can’t beat the view and the facility. It had everything we needed. It cooled off at night so the fans worked. I marked it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. Needs a new fridge, as the one they have is old and doesn’t make ice. Had to use the trays and bought ice. Also with the salt air the wall sockets needed upgrades. With so many electronics it wasn’t always easy finding a plug that worked. The views were fantastic and it’s location was great. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room. They have everything for the beach you would ever want. I would have ranked this 5 instead of 4 but the fridge and outlets just didn’t do it for us. If u get 10 years from a fridge it time not for repair but replacement. Overall a great place to stay.

From the property, we drove to many beaches, hikes and waterfalls! We loved the nearby places like Poipu beach, Shipwreck Beach and the quaint little nearby towns. We took advantage of the running trails, the beautiful views from our Lanai and the pool and hot tub in the complex. It was a fabulous week on this amazing island. We hope to be back soon and would definitely check to see if this place was available again.

I watched the sunrise from the lanai every day we were there. Wonderful. Owner was gracious to let us know about construction that would be occurring during our visit. Appreciate that. Especially enjoyed that I could start my run from the condo and run past Shipwreck Beach to a trail as I do not like running on paved roads. Easy walking distance to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches which was great as we only had one car and not all in our party wanted to do the same things at the same time. Viewing spot for sunset on the property was also fun. Small nightly gathering of people fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

For a VRBO in Kauai I expected better for $275/night. The furniture and kitchen were outdated, the towels were old and the kitchen was not very well stocked, not to mention, it just felt dingy and dirty throughout. I also thought carpet in the bedroom and the stairway needed to be replaced and was very dirty. We were told a crib would be provided and confirmed this days before arrival, and no crib was anywhere to be found. A great breeze throughout made the lack of AC no issue at all.
