Tropical designer retreat right on the water with ocean view, pool & AC

Beautiful condo. Easy check in . Perfect location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We loved our stay and will stay longer next time!

Clean, modern, artful, comfortable large spaces, pool access like you have a private pool, great ocean views from the bluff sitting inside or out. Well kept and well appointed for a relaxing or active stay.

This condo is spectacular. We came to Kauai for a wedding with a large group of friends and each got a condo in the same Pu'u Poa complex. Ours was by far the best, nicest, and newest. The wooden bar in the kitchen is a masterpiece and the apt is fully equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to a game closet and full barware. Thoughtfully renovated with an eye for design. Two beaches to walk to and just a few minutes to town by car. Mahalo!

We came to Kauai for a vacation and to get married and this place was wonderful! It is exactly as pictured and described. Excellent and convenient location too. We could see lots of whales from the lanai; the provided binoculars were a nice touch! Definitely high end finishes and lots of space. It was so nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer as well. Hot water was iffy and never got very hot, nor did it last long. Maybe it’s a shared water heater among other units? Also, while this is not specific to the condo, it would be so nice if such fragrant (toxic) cleaning products weren’t used; we don’t expect “green” cleaning products if not specified but the condo reeked (it was the Swiffer mop pads) until we aired it out, which was a bit of a bummer after arriving in paradise, and was less than enjoyable. Also, be prepared to lug suitcases up and down stairs. Totally doable, just a heads up.

We have stayed in these condos before. The interior decor of this particular one was outstanding. The kitchen was immaculate, huge and had everything one could desire. It is an end unit which makes it quieter, but it does make getting your belongings in and out of the condo a bit more work.Overall, this is probably the best condominium in that entire complex if you don’t mind steps. We would definitely return again.

Perfect everything! Location, style, well stocked, wonderful fun beach below, must hike down using ropes. Worth the lil hike! Nice pool, lots of snorkel gear, ice chests, ice packs, beach towels too! Nice 15 min walk to Hanalei Bay and Happy Talk restaurant. Directly next to the new 1 hotel. Condo is peaceful and quiet! Highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed! Cannot wait to book it again!

The condo was perfectly decorated and laid out. The views of the ocean were incredible. Super clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. We plan to book for future visits to the island!!!

Princeville is a beautiful location. The unit is immaculate and the view is spectacular! Can watch the sunset every night. Thank you!

Condo is well furnished and stocked. Pool is great and never full. Hideaways beach at the bottom of the cliff is an amazing surprise.

This unit was beautiful - even better than the pictures! The outdoor lanai was amazing and we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. If you want to be closer to the action, then you might consider a rental in nearby Hanalei. We were happy to be in a quieter spot, and didn’t mind the short drive, particularly given how nice this place is. Recommend.

Clean, thoughtfully furnished, beautifully remodeled

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is decorated so nicely and has everything and more that you could possibly think of. It’s close to hideaway beach and the 1 Hotel where we dined and had drinks. With only a ten minute drive to Hanalei, we were able to enjoy more rest and cools bars and shops as well as the beautiful Hanalei Bay Beach. I would definitely come back to this location!
