We appreciated the electronic door lock, the beach chairs, cooler and ice packs, and the convenience of two bathrooms. Overall our stay was fine. Four star ratings due to maintenance issues with paint, flooring, ceiling fan and maybe a detailed deep cleaning. For us, bed was too firm.

The place was very clean, host was very easily accessible, pool is right across the street, beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Host has beach towels and all sorts of beach and pool stuff. Highly recommend this place!

Nice unit, clean and comfortable. Didn't really understand how to get into the gate so walked in first time to get the fob (share the code with visitors maybe). LOVE the keyless entry, Murphy bed a plus, kitchen was well appointed, internet worked great, a/c units worked and clear visitor instructions were posted inside the unit. The washer/dryer was the biggest disappointment as they did not work well so we didn't use it as much as we would've liked. Also the remotes were fussy, maybe they need fresh batteries (but none were found in the unit). Furnishings were dated, but overall cleanliness made up for that. Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The kitchen was clean and had all of the things we needed. The complex was quiet, the host was wonderful and responsive. If and when we go back to Oahu I will be looking to rent this place again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host was welcoming and helpful. It was a peaceful and relaxing trip for me and my husband — we’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Punahele Hale. The beds, linens, pillows were high quality (very important) and overall decor very pleasant. The Murphy bed was a brilliant idea for providing a second sleeping space. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. A starter pack of coffee would have been a nice addition since we came straight from the airport and arrived too late to venture out to the market. By far having access to the Ritz was a huge bonus. Walking down for a coffee drink and light breakfast was . The view there is outstanding. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach beside the Ritz. Being able to rent chairs and umbrella and having the beachside restaurant was a plus. It would have been excellent if we were able to have beachside food and drink service (like Ritz guests are able). I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.

This was such a nice place. No mold, clean, spacious. Beautiful view in the back yard. Tons of kitchen stuff for cooking. Seems like they thought of everything! Beach chairs, boogie, boards, and snorkels to use! The AC was so nice! My family stayed in two other places and they were all jealous of ours. Location is so close to Turtle Bay. Also quiet. No noise above us. We hope to be back!

This property was perfect. We loved how comfortable it felt as soon as we got there. The two of us cooked breakfast and dinner dinners most days with the freshest fish and fruits. The area has to offer. The proximity to the best beaches and surf spots in the world is amazing. Plus the amazing hikes near Pupukea and Kahuku should not be missed.

It was what we wanted and needed

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, and the assigned parking space was convenient. It was easy to drive 2 min to turtle bay, which had plenty of beach access parking, good snorkeling, and a protected cove with calm enough waters (in the summer) for my 1 year old to play. We would stay here again!

Nice and clean condo in a great spot. Great WIFI and fully equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. Bitsy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

We enjoyed this condo while on O’ahu for 1 week. We loved the short and beautiful walk to the beach. We appreciated having a Murphy bed with a real mattress in stead of only having a pull out sofa bed (while this condo does offer both). We did try to sweep and only found a broom, no dust pan. Overall, such an easy stay with all our needs met.

Turtle Bay is one of our favorite vacation spots and this condo is a gem! Clean, well supplied and a manager that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is relaxing and seamless. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this homey comfortable condo. The unit has everything to have an easy stay with kitchen and two bathrms and laundry. Very close to beautiful heated pool and golf course across the street. Wonderful swimmable beach and several restaurants option part of Turtle Bay community. We would return for quieter non touristy vibe .

The condo was almost perfect. Bitsy was easy to communicate with and the condo was very nice and roomy. The condo provided extra blankets and pillows, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear with flippers, cooler, water shoes about size 7 mens, along with a nice booklet for local attractions. The only negatives were that the beach chairs were not in new/good condition. They were usable, but difficult to close, a bit rusty and some torn fabric. What bothered me the most was that the bedroom curtain was not a blackout curtain. There are parking lot lights nearby and without a blackout curtain, the room wasn't dark enough for me to sleep comfortably. Even without the parking lot lights, you can't sleep in once the sun comes out in the early morning. I've tried to use an eye mask to block out the light, but I'm just one of those people that can't wear them. Overall, it is a nice place in a nice location and fairly priced.

My friend and I spent 5 nights here. The location is excellent if you want a quiet spot close to beaches and nature. Bonus was the 5 minute walk to all the Totz Carlton had to offer if wanted. The condo had everything we needed to prepare food etc. bedding was very good. Security was sufficient to relax. It was missing a lanai but we stilll were able to sit outside in the evenings. Highly recommend for small group or family.

We enjoyed a RELAXING week's stay at Punahele Hale that was perfect for the two of us. Had our teenager not been on a school trip, he would have loved the Murphy bed! The location is amazing - 5 min southeast to the food truck/microbrewhouse village, 5 min west to Kulima farm stands/Kula Shave Ice, and not far from Foodland grocery or the Kahuku Superette (that sells alcohol) for everything you need to make breakfast, buy poke by the pound, and more. We spent our mornings snorkeling at Kulima cove at the resort before it got busy at noon, and always found parking so we could take the condo's beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear for two people, cooler bag, etc. Everything we needed was in the closet. Kulima Cove has ALL the fish - the best on Oahu! The resort also has a stand for extra snorkel rentals and a beachside bar for bites and cocktails. The condo kitchen has it all, and our King bed was super comfy. Check in with Bitsy was easy. I saw someone commented a while back that the window blinds don't block out the morning light, but the condo has new drapery, so no issues there. Loved the washer/dryer to make lighter packing easy. There were also two smart TVs for streaming. Book this condo, you will love it! Must Do: snorkeling in Kulima Cove and Shark's Cove (also lots of fish!), Kahuku Farms nearby for lunch, Sunset Beach, Pipeline waves at Ehukai, turtle watching at Laniakea, a trip into Haleiwa village for Island Vintage Lattes and shopping. Mahalo for hosting!

We had a great stay here. A short walk to a nice beach, the Turtle Bay Resort hotel, and some nice walking paths. The house was well set up and equipped with all sorts of beach gear. The only thing that would make it better, would be if there was an outdoor dining table. We would stay here again.

Had a great time. We had all the necessities for our cooking needs and hitting the local sites. Communication was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Go to the local fruit stands! Great spot to blend in with the locals.

Felt like home! Has everything you need from beach accessories to laundry items. Stayed here for a conference over at Turtle Bay for a fraction of the cost! Just a quick walk to the hotel, parking included is a huge plus, and the beach is right down to road. Would recommend and stay again

Highly recommend this area and this condo

I absolutely love staying in the Turtle Bay condos. It is convenient to many amenities including, but not limited to, pool, barbecue area, the Pool Bar at Turtle Bay, Lei Lei's restaurant, golfing, Roy's - the list goes on. The condo was very nice - clean and fully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The rooms were very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Property was well stocked from kitchen to beach toys. Property was clean and we definitely stay there again being conveniently located close to a lot of activities.

Location was great. Unit was clean and well equipped. Parking right out front. Walking to resort and beach was 2,000 steps. Not far. Worked out as we hoped

The property was perfectly located within walking distance to a beach and a few restaraunts. Short drive to everything on the North Shore. 20 min give or take from shopping, food trucks, beaches...everything you could want!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect location for my father and I to stay near family and friends. The home was very spacious and clean. It’s super close to the pool! Everything was in perfect working order. We really enjoyed staying in this home!

We loved the location. The beds were comfy. Had everything we needed except for shampoo/conditioner (but that is super minor, especially compared to all the other great things that were provided, including beach equipment, etc). Instructions were clear. We had a very lovely stay!

We love the North Shore and this condo was great. The Turtle Bay Resort is within walking distance and the public beach access is as well. We will come back to this area and condos in the near future. Great stay and amenities, we loved it.

Unit was the most well equipped Vacation Rental that we had ever stayed in. The kitchen had every imaginable device for cooking. Thank you for this wonderful vacation.

Thus was our first time to Hawaii and it was wonderful. The condo is in a great location for exploring the North Shore. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the condo. Our 11 and 12 year olds slept on the Murphy bed and pull out couch. Having 2 bathrooms was great! And being able to do laundry in the condo was really nice.

This is my second time in this property and when I come back to Oahu I’ll stay here again! We love the location, it’s so close to the beach for sunrise and sunset, and the condo is spacious and comfortable - the perfect place to relax.

The rental unit was very comfortable and had a great location. We ate at all of the restaurants at Turtle Bay. The pool across the road was very convenient and we enjoyed it almost every day. We loved walking to the beach area and just watching the surf. Very peaceful.

My wife and I started our search in March 2023 and exchanged many property profiles. Which led to my oops. I accidentally booked the wrong property. So the first night I was mad at myself because two of the three beds were ‘pull outs’. A Murphy and a sofa bed. I was dreading the Murphy bed but it turned out to be comfortable. Access to the property is quirky: from the front gate you have to walk into the complex, access the condo via code, grab the card key for the gate and then walk back to your vehicle. Worked for us. But I’d suggest a little map because I must have looked like Sasquatch coming up over the mound of foliage to the kids that were playing in front as it was night time. There’s a corner path to the property that makes it easier. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans etc. and we made extensive use of the kitchen. You’re going to come across a Foodland from either part of the main road leading to Turtle Bay. Make sure you stop off, register for a card, tie it to your Hawaiian account. Because you’ll get discounts and food in Hawaii is expensive. The Hawaiian airline add will put miles onto your account from your purchases. We took advantage of the dining at Turtle Bay, walked the paths, hung out at the beach. I’d also recommend the coffee shop at Turtle Bay. It’s like Starbucks but better. There are two pools on the property. We took full advantage. You need the card key. The pools were always busy with local kids.

The place was very nice and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and had great communication. Overall a great stay. Only 2 things that were a drawback for us. The bed was very firm which is not our preference. The bedroom did not have black-out curtains and there was very bright lights just outside that were illuminated all night.

We had everything we needed and there was even beach supplies. Kitchen had everything. Last night there we got new upstairs neighbors at 5:30 a.m. and they stomped around and were very noisy for over an hour.

really great stay next to north shore ! Lots of amenities for activities as well as cooking a meal in if you’d like. Beach chairs, buckets, towels for a short walk down to turtle bay. Even games and binoculars. Would stay again for sure ! We spent most of our time down at the beach by the resort- but we also took a drive to kaena point and halewia. Highly recommend !
