Oceanview Studio at Islander on the Beach 241

Working with the team was great, very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for kids. View was amazing. Best location. The pool is perfect and it is so close to the beach for watching sunsets. Communication was easy with the property manager and they were very accommodating and answered quickly. First night my daughter didn't have a blanket for the pull out bed and they got us one quickly the next morning. (We got in super late otherwise I think they would've gotten us one that same day) Things to note and be aware of: - even though it's in a hotel type setting, there is not any services throughout the stay (towel refresh, cleaning, etc) getting new towels was available upon request but it is an exchange so you have to have all of your towels ready for pickup. - there is a bit of an older furniture smell when you first walk in. It went away as the week went on but initially it was a bit strong. - the shower isn't super hot water but it wasn't terrible

The location can’t be beat. The room is very small, has a very limited kitchen, and an amazing view.

Great views of ocean and pool area! Convenient location that was walkable to store, restaurants and shops.

Front desk was not friendly because we rented from vrbo, unit was ok but is in desperate need of updates, because we rented from vrbo we were not allowed to use onsite laundry facility we had to select a facility somewhere else on the island. Other than those things it was ok. Good location.

Fantastic location. Every aminity around the area made the trip so enjoyable. The room was perfect for me and my wife.

The property is great. Grounds are clean, poolside is just right. We liked the boardwalk for some exercise and the beach is nice ambiance for relaxing (but there's better beaches on Kauai). The room is a studio, so know that it's not huge. I wouldn't want to try to cram 4 people in this and the kitchenette is tiny to the point of dainty. But for the price you get good value. Surprisingly well equipped for the size and great bathroom. If you want a sunrise room (we did) this one is perfect.

The room was as advertised, small and simple but adequate for us. Location was great could see the ocean from our balcony and the coconut grove was a great spot for food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Property is beautiful right in the walking path!! Great restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again. Entry information came through email would have been nice to have it in the app. Sugar and creamer would have been a nice to have but store and coffee shop and everything you need is walkable

This is over our ninth time staying at Islander on the Beach. First time in this unit. Besides a very difficult to open and close slider out to the lanai (roller was frozen) and inadequate lighting over the sink (fixture was missing) all went well. Had an exceptional view of the sunrise every morning

Everything you need to enjoy Hawaii

Wonderful condo in a great location. Love the bike trail and proximity to the North and South sides of the island. Beautiful island in many ways.

We liked the proximity to the ocean and all the shopping and dining, as well as general centricity of Kapaa.

Clean and nice room. Even better than i thought. Good view of the sunrise over the ocean from our patio. Walking distance to beach,and mall. Best vacation ever. Didnt want to go home.

We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. We did find that the room could have used a little sprucing up. Some dusty areas could be found. Overall, we had everything we needed there. Great location with shopping within walking distance. Absoultly beautiful grounds to wander around!!!

The room was fully equipped with what we needed. The location was fantastic and we had a great stay.

The condo is nice and very close to shopping and restaurants and the beach. All walking distance. The property is beautifully maintained outside. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai.

200 ft from the ocean. Safeway across the street. John the property manager was a added plus. Great guy!!
