Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a 5 star rental but with 2 negatives. 1. The beach equipment shown in the listing is not accurate. I left my snorkel equipment at home given the listing showed that snorkel equipment was available. Turns out that no snorkel equipment was available. I spoke to the unit manager at Remax who advised that the equipment was removed as too dangerous. Seems odd as the beach equipment available does include 2 boogie boards which given the waves in Kauai seems way more dangerous than snorkeling.2. The bed is super soft, so if you have back issues like me beware.

The property is pretty much as advertised. It was very well equipped the supplies for the beach, towels etc. The only things missing were directions on how to use the TV's, which are huge, and appliances, including the external single burner which we never did get to work. Very quite neighborhood and good location.
We enjoyed the property, location and access to activities and places we planned to to participate in and see.
