Ocean View 4-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in welcoming Princeville

Being on the sunset side of the golf course is a great perk as you can walk out on the course to view the sunsets. There is a house directly in-between this house and the golf course but still has fantastic views from the main and upper floors. The beach supply closet is not on the listing but is very well stocked and had a multitude of items we used every day(Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc...) Beach towels are provided with the house, along with a well stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen! House is in a HOA with rules, but all are very reasonable, even if the roosters do not abide by them! Fantastic house, worked perfectly for our family!

I’ll start by saying you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a large affordable home in Kauai then this is it. I’ll start with the good. -Lots of space- Beautiful view-Good location-Some snorkel stuff in closet and small surf board. -Washer and Dryer(More on this below)Now the bad-It was not clean, we had to change the sheets because they had hair on them, and the extra sheets were also dirty. The bathrooms were dirty, had to buy a shower curtain because of how mildewed one was. There was a broken broom to sweep that had been cut to fit in a closet it had a jagged handle and was rusty it was cut down for someone 4ft tall-WiFi is spotty at best and would not have been able to work remotely-Washer smelled awful we tried doing a couple clean cycles but smelled like urine -They had broken boogie boards -Kitchen was lacking some basics like a standard size tray or sheet pan or even a rectangle pan-Sliding doors were almost impossible to slide open because of deferred maintenance and one of them wouldn’t close all the way-Only three rolls of toilet paper total-The windows do not close-Floor was so dirty and not having a proper broom was a bummerSo all in all if you want affordable and a big place with a view then this place is perfect. If you value cleanliness, proper kitchen essentials, windows and doors that can open without having to ask a man every time, a closet with usable beach essentials then I advise staying in a couple condos instead.

The house was beautiful. If we had any problems at all the hosts were right on it. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great time overall, and the owner was wonderful—very responsive, kind, and easy to work with. The location was also fantastic and made our trip really enjoyable. That said, the house itself felt pretty run down and could use some maintenance and updates to match the listing. With a bit of care, it could be an amazing place to stay. Even so, we made the most of it and had a great time. Thanks to the owner, Jacqueline, for being so accommodating.

Great location, house needs some TLC ( shades falling apart, sofas not very clean ), one shower did not drain well, overall cleanliness not great. Good amenities look me washer and dryer and extra blankets , full kitchen set up. Ice machine was moldy, we did not use it.

Very nice location ,the house is very spacious but second floor need a good renovation.

We had a FANTASTIC time .

We spent four great nights in this Princeville home. Home had plenty of room, great location and lots to do.

Jacqueline was so accommodating to our group’s needs! Very communicative, responds quickly, and ready to help when needed!!

Wonderful home with oceans views. Located close to shops and amazing beaches. We absolutely loved our stay.
