Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this spacious four-bedroom home in Princeville offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. With an open floor plan and tasteful upgrades throughout, the home features an upscale kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with counter-height seating and a dining area. Relax in the sunroom with plush lounge furniture, unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment.
The master bedroom, located on the main level, offers a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a walk-out balcony with seating to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the fourth bedroom is a separate, self-contained guest suite with its own private entrance (please note, there is no interior connection to the main home).
For additional sleeping space, the spacious living room includes two twin-sized day beds. Guests also have access to a laundry area in the garage and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoors, relax and enjoy meals on the patio with seating and a BBQ grill. The large backyard offers space for outdoor activities, and there is ample onsite parking.
From the back lanai, enjoy panoramic mountain views (when the clouds part), or take in the tranquil view of vacant land on the other side of the home. This private oasis is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends!

Important Details to Note:
- Once guests pass through the front door there is a staircase leading up to the main level, please ensure that all guests are comfortable using stairs.
- There is a mini-split AC unit available in the master suite, as well as the guest suite only. As is common in many Hawaiian homes, there are no air conditioning systems in the rest of the house, as the island enjoys mild temperatures year-round.
- This is a private home for your stay, and it does not have a concierge or front desk service. We hope you enjoy the space and make yourself at home!

Check in using the key box code was good and, as soon as the front door was opened, the high temperature in the house blasted us. We immediately opened windows and turned on fans and then discovered that the only a/c in the house was a mini split in the master and a window a/c in the guest suite. The paperwork we were provided called out the presence of a/c in the living room. We checked with Plushy Host and they apologized and confirmed no a/c in the living area. Not the best news for our 10 day stay during August heat and humidity. Kitchen was serviceable and most appliances function well, the only exception bein the oven stopped working during our stay.
The main living level of the house (second floor) is superbly renovated. Lots of space, a kitchen that any chef would kill for and a beautiful lanai off the dining room. The primary bedroom and ensuite are equally immaculate with a lovely lanai at the front of the house. The lower level is serviceable for the second and third bedroom. We did not use the separate suite but it seemed nice enough. The hot tub with waterfall was a nice addition but it did lack privacy from the neighbours. The only issue we had was that there was no direct access to outside from the main living level without going downstairs and going around from the front door.
