*New* Fall Deal Private Pool, Waterfall Views and Ocean Sunsets in Princeville

We picked the property because it was right next to a canyon with beautiful views, great privacy and surrounded by nature. It definitely delivered on this account and these things were what we wanted out of kawaii. The house support staff were very responsive. My only issue is with the VRBO listing. I screened based on the property having air conditioning. It does, but only in the master bedroom. I phoned VRBO to complain because I could not find anywhere in the VRBO property description which flagged this. Their response was to show me the links I needed to click on to discover the AC was in one room. While this covered them technically and legally, it was not what I expect from the property descriptions.

Beautiful home! Quiet neighbourhood. Amazing mountain views. Plenty of space for our party of 6. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Loved it there, and am missing it already.

North shore of Kauai is heaven on earth and this house is a great launching spot for the area.The house itself is a little rundown, the layout is really pretty poor and AC would be a bonus. But it does have terrific views, is spacious, nice street, has a pool and lots of amenties that are great for a trip like this such as beach chairs, a cooler or even two bikes. Tons of baby items if you have one.My biggest problem was that they use Vacasa as the property manager. So if you ever have a question you end up with some dimwit that certainly has never been to the house and is really no better than a bot.An example would be that bike tires were kind of flat and I was looking for a pump. I couldn't find it in the garage so I message thru the app, the response "sorry bike pump is not a listed amenity." Well these bikes are not much use without air, "sorry I don't see the bikes as amenities either." They are in the listing here and here "they are listed that way in Vacasa..."This was the condensed version of a 45 minute text exchange that started with a simple question and just made me super pissed by the end of it. For the record I did eventually find the pump (and it was a good one) and enjoyed the bikes.

First, beautiful home. Some rooms were not traditional bedrooms, some with sliding doors like a large closet but that is what’s pictured when I looked back at the listing! There was an issue with a car being present in the garage upon check in for us. Felt scary to find it. We have small children and it didn’t feel like total privacy. The customer service at Vacasa seemed like AI and they didn’t address the issue except for “it’s the owners car” until I filed a dispute with my CC company. I didn’t sleep well knowing there was an undisclosed car on property. We will try to avoid vacasa in the future.

This home was just as stated in listing. It was very clean, the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was in a safe location. The neighbors were friendly. We had a perfect vacation.

I love the beautiful quiet neighborhood. The house is plenty big for 8-10 people and is spread out enough that everyone can find a quiet place. The pool was a pleasant surprise…it doesn’t look like a house with a pool when you drive up, but in the backyard there is a little rock pathway leading down to a private pool and hot tub which is lovely! Our family absolutely loved this place and would stay again!

This place was great! The grill was wonderful. My daughter lived in the pool. Everything was clean and well organized!

Sacred Waterfall is in a great location with amazing views. My family of 7 adults had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The outdoor shower is very nice and clean. The pool is a nice size with the hot tub attached.

This was a nice, clean home. Only drawback was the hot tub was not working & only 1 room had A/C. Upstairs had plenty of air movement to help, but the downstairs was a little stuffy & much warmer. Lots of different kitchen items, including an air fryer, which was nice.

Loved everything about the home. Exactly as seen in the photographs and more! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Kitchen was FULLY equipped. The views were incredible. Drive into town and to most beaches was about 15 minutes with great views. Highly recommend this home. thank you!
