This house is amazing! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need for cooking, the beach, laundry, relaxing in the lanai, enjoying your vacation. We have stayed here before and would love to come back.

House is a great size for a large family, there were 9 of us. Location is excellent, close to everything in Princeville and an easy walk to Foodland. House had almost everything we needed. Couple of things that would have been nice: - Having a small Bluetooth speaker for music would have been nice, the current stereo unit was old and dated. - The rounded staircase was loose and not secured to the banister, it was not an issue but felt concerning when walking up and down; it just felt unstable. - Overall the house was a bit dated, we’ve stayed in other Kauai homes that were nicer overall but that said, Kauai seems a very expensive place to rent now so all in all we felt comfortable with our stay at the house. - The Lanai was very handy and useful. - The BBQ has seen better days, I think it needs some maintenance or replacing. - The shower faucet in the master also was falling apart somewhat but it was still workable. - The small office was like a sauna, a small AC unit would have been nice if you need the space for someone to sleep on the sofa couch. - The beach accessories were super useful, beach chairs and body boards.The property management company was amazing, very responsive and friendly. Overall it’s a great place but it’s just showing a bit of wear over the years but still is clean, not 5 star but definitely more than 4. They allowed us to have a later checkout on the day we left so they were very accommodating. Thank you!

Beautiful home! We had plenty of space for our extended family: aunt, uncle, parents, grandparents and 2 grandchildren. Kids played with the board games, beach gear, ping pong and had access to plenty of cartoons in the comfy basement living room. Wagon for carrying beach gear was so helpful. Adults enjoyed the roomy kitchen and lanai. A/C was a lifesaver on the hot, humid days! Being on the frisbee golf course might have been the best part. We spent many mornings walking on the beautiful, green course and the kids ran around and played endlessly. Super close to Hanalei. On-site manager was very responsive; hosts were a little harder to get ahold of, but no big deal. We would stay again!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room, well stocked game room (our grandchildren loved that), snorkel equipment, bicycles. Large decks snd common areas. We loved our stay.

The 9 of us had a great stay at this property. It was better than I was expecting. The home was spacious and inviting. All of the amenities were appreciated. We would love to stay here again in the future. GREAT LOCATION for Kauai !

We loved it! Has everything you need. Very comfortable. Store near by for food. It is 10 minutes from two of the best beaches I have ever been on. Snorkel all day or small surf at the other. I would recomend it to everyone!

Overall, we all had a great time. The home was wonderful it was large enough to accommodate us. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I was so grateful to find this listing just around the corner from me. We rented the house for our extended family who were visiting from Australia. I had to find a place that was close to our home, but the best part was not just the location on Princeville on the frisbee golf course but the size of the house for so many family members. Being a vacation rental owner myself I am always looking for clean homes. This house was spotless. Well equipped for every age. And the fact it has four bedroom is also such a plus. It suited my cousins, my brother and their kids and they all loved all the bikes and games too. The house is air conditioned which is a luxury in Kauai and in August it was very welcome on the hot days, but the open house breeze upstairs and the views from the decks were wonderful as well. Thank you Linda for a perfect stay for my family. I will for sure book your home again. I hope to see you one day as neighbors too!

They have thought of everything. Knowing we can’t bring everything we would want in our suitcases, they have thought of it all. It was so great for our family of 6 but would be perfect for two small families as well. The neighborhood is amazing the view from the back of the house is beautiful. If you are debating between this house and another one, choose this one!
