Ground Level Condo Near the Pool!

This place was amazing for our family (we have a 3 year old) while visiting Kauai for the last 9 days. The location is great, close to beaches like Anini and Hanalei (where we spent the majority of our beach days), has an amazing pool (which is much bigger than the photos show), and the window AC units did a great job of cooling us down if it got a little warm. The unit is within walking distance to a nice supermarket, Foodmart, where we did most of our shopping for anything we wanted to cook (get some of their Poke and Sushi, you will not be disappointed), and also a great park for our son to get out some extra energy. The kitchen had everything you would need and both king beds were very comfortable. My son loved being in his own King bed! In addition, there are a bunch of beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, some snorkel gear, and beach toys available to use that were an added bonus. We ate the majority of our meals out on the Lanai while watching the roosters / chickens roam around. The only thing I can think of that was challenging for us is that if you have a toddler / small child as we do, I would recommend bringing a child door lock device because our son loved to open the front door and make a run for it to the pool which is amazingly close by. We 100% would stay here again and thank you to Clinton / his family for hosting us for such a wonderful adventure.Mahalo nui!

Lovely clean home and location was perfect for us. I would request this property again if a were to come back for another visit.

The condo was the perfect accommodation for our stay. The beds were comfy, we had all the beach gear we could possibly need available to use, and the kitchen had all the dishes/equipment needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful location and the cobdo was perfect for us. It was peaceful and the geckos in the front yard were constant entertainment. There was everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of beach toys and chairs. I hope to return to your beautiful home again soon!

Stayed for 10 nights, loved the condo. It was clean and as described. Pool was great and community area was very nice as well.
