Property Overview
Location, location, location…. Polo Beach is the premiere condominium that sits at the south end of the Wailea Beach walk, next to the Fairmont Kei Lani resort. Our unit is on the sunny south side of the building, overlooking the pool area and ocean, and south towards Big Beach.
Our unit has been entirely remodeled. New kitchen, appliances, tile flooring, stackable sliding door window system so the lanai becomes more part of the living space, motorized blinds system, furniture, high quality mattresses, lanai furniture, built-in master closet cabinetry, and more.
NOTE: The pool will be closed for repairs, August 29, 2025 for up to two weeks. Special rates are in effect for that timeframe.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean from your master bedroom. Sip your morning coffee on the lanai with great views out towards Molokini and Lanai. Take the famous Wailea Beach walk past the Fairmont Kea Lani, Four Seasons Maui, and Grand Wailea resorts. And, you are only steps away from burying your feet in the white sand of Polo Beach!
Polo Beach Club is one of the closest condos to the beach on all of Maui. Peaceful and well-manicured grounds keep you out of the crowded hotel scene while at the same time offering unparalleled proximity to the ocean. An oceanfront/beachfront heated swimming pool and BBQ area are available for your use, as well a lovely herb garden that is carefully maintained for the benefit of owners and guests.
Some of Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, tide pool exploring, and boogie boarding is to be found directly in front of your very own condominium!
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium has approximately 1,200 square feet on one level with a comfortable Hawaiian feel. Although the condominium offers air conditioning, it is also ideal for open-air lovers, with plenty of windows positioned to make the most of Maui’s cooling Trade Winds.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with a full-windowed view out onto the Lanai and the ocean beyond, as well as a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin day-bed, giving it a second 'master' feel, but which will also work for a family. The most comfortable mattresses and bedding are all new this year!
There are 3 flat screen TV’s in the unit. Free secured Internet service is accessible from inside the unit. The unit is also equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Free underground parking is provided for one vehicle.
Maui’s most cherished activities are just minutes away. Snorkeling, golf, tennis, surfing, diving, luxury spas at the neighboring hotels, shopping, and fine dining are all minutes away.

We enjoyed the location, as the beach was literally steps away from the condo. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the condo had literally everything we needed. Parking was a breeze. We would stay here again! Cheers!
The property was very clean and well kept. The condo was spotless and fully stocked. There was a very detailed set of instructions to follow, which seemed a little overwhelming initially. Once there we figured everything out and the place was perfect. Very relaxing and great neighbors.

Wailea is our favorite place to vacation in all of Hawaii. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The condo had been nicely redone (as shown in photos), kitchen well-appointed, great views of the ocean which we endlessly enjoyed. In addition, we had such great access to the walking path and beach right behind our unit which we took advantage of with the supplied umbrellas, chairs and cooler.
Clean, comfortable, great view, great sunsets
This rental was hands down the nicest we have stayed at of over 100 worldwide. The entire condo is pristine with a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable bedding and all the electronic creature comforts worked flawlessly. Being so close to the beautiful and quiet pool and beach really made this a dream holiday. We even used the excellent BBQ area to cook steaks one night. Free underground parking with easy in/out RFID tag was really convenient. The location near all the restaurants is a plus, some walking distance, others an $8 Uber ride with less than 5 min. wait each time. Communication with the owner, Steve, made check-in a breeze and he made himself available the entire trip for any questions we had. There was some construction (hallway tile replacement) in the common areas that Steve let us know about prior to the trip. Only one day this was a little bothersome but it looked like they are finishing up soon. 5-Stars to the owner and this wonderful place!

We stayed at this condo for our first family trip to Maui. It was the perfect launching pad for our adventures. I can’t say enough good things, and I don’t have any negatives. The owner was gracious with recommendations and lovely to work with. The details in the condo were quality, immaculate, and very functional. Polo beach itself is like thick soft cinnamon.

We loved the location so close to the beach. It is the least crowded beach in the area, but still has sea turtles, great snorkeling, and boogie boarding in the afternoon. The sunsets were gorgeous and the condo has everything you need for a long stay.
This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, peaceful, and right on the beach. The host, Steve, was really easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions. Just an overall wonderful place and experience!
