Beautiful Views, Walk To Beaches And Restaurants

The house was in a perfect location and had everything we needed. Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful. Kauai is amazing!

Great communication!! One suggestion would be to put black out window coverings in basement. Loved the house and all the space for our family of 11. We had a great time and the house was very well stocked !

A great home for our group of three families. Appreciated the downstairs apartment with own entry. Plenty of space for the group to spread out. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view of the mountains from the front deck. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky with three cars, but we made it work.

Our family group of 12 had a wonderful time. We loved the large kitchen and gathering spaces. The location was close to the beach and in a great area. Thank you!

Amazingly clean for a house so close to the beach. Gorgeous kitchen, backyard, and lanai with beautiful view of lush Hawaiian mountains. Well stocked kitchen and everything multiple families could need at the beach.

We took our entire family for a visit in Kauai, a total of 8 adults and my 3-year-old granddaughter. I spent quite some time reviewing homes in Poipu. My daughter-in-law had some specific things she didn’t want for the safety of my granddaughter. From day one, the owner, Wendy, answered every single question I posed to her regarding covers on hot tubs and availability of bedding and other items for toddlers. Wendy was prompt in getting back with answering my questions, no matter how trivial they were. I very much appreciated that!The house was nothing short of AMAZING. My family was absolutely wowed by the layout, view and all of the little touches that were there for us to enjoy. We had a few smaller issues arise after arrival and everything was promptly taken care of by either Wendy or her property manager, Lauren. The views were beyond amazing! Every morning and evening started and ended with us gathering on the large deck to watch the sunrise or the amazing color of the sky in the evening light.We had plenty of room and everyone felt like they had their own personal space. Having the lower unit separate space worked out great for our son and his friend.The only thing that I dreaded was the driveway. It was extremely steep and we bottomed out our vehicle every time we left and returned. High profile vehicle would work best.LOVED our stay here and would definitely return again!

Family of 11 celebrating parents 50th wedding anniversary, ages 7-70. Beautiful home. Actually two separate levels and the grandkids loved the downstairs all to themselves. We cooked many meals in the huge kitchen dining area. Walking distance to beaches and the community pool was nice too.

This spacious and beautiful home was a great spot for our family reunion, and close to beaches good for small kids.

My family and I have been traveling to Kauai a few times a year for 28 years. My parents live across the street from Wendy and Nick’s home and we’ve stayed in many rental homes in Poipu. This home is our favorite!

The property was perfect for our 9-person blended family - with its luxurious living environment, electronics, daily supplies, linens, hot tub, cooking/eating utensils, beach chairs, wagon, towels, and above all its proximity to beach and ocean views, all of which were over and above expectations. Wendy, the property owner, was helpful and informational, especially in advance of our arrival as we sought to make reservations for activities and limited dinner's out. It lent for a memorable vacation for all, exactly what we wanted for our children, grandchildren, and us as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and this house was perfect for us! We had 3 young families with children ranging from just under 2 to 7 years old and this house had everything we would need. We loved having all of the things we needed to take to the beach including chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, body boards, puddle jumpers and a wago to tote it all. The deck was so nice to sit out on and had beautiful views. This is a prime location with easy access to many great places in Kauai. Would love to come back some day!

This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

It was such a treat to vacation in this gorgeous, luxurious, peaceful, and spacious home with our extended family! The house had everything that you could have asked for. The views were amazing. Wonderful beaches and a great community pool/spa were within a 10 minute walk. The property manager was super nice and very accommodating. Minor issues were quickly addressed. Highly recommend this home!

We just completed a week's stay on Kauai. The location was ideal for many of the activities that Kauai has to offer. Stacy & Lauren were both responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We will most certainly stay here again in the future.
