the place was clean and beautiful. unfortunately the downstairs neighbor was terrible. she complained of noise when our 6 year old grandson was excited on christmas morning and ran down the stairs. she left a note on oru door that really upset us and we found out later from other gursts and staff that she was very difficult.
The place was great, and the host was always available when needed.
Everything was top notch from the condo to the pool !! Love Pili Mai
