What an enjoyable stay! The pool was right out the lanai and the surroundings were so peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as, all the necessities for a great beach experience. Everything from great restaurants, to spectacular sites and experiences, to fantastic beaches were just a short distance away.

This property was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The separate bedrooms were fantastic, and we all thoroughly enjoyed having plenty of space to relax however we wanted. It is also very close to the pool, which made it wonderful for even quick dips down there or running back/forth with supplies. The unit was well appointed, both with dishes / kitchen wares and with beach equipment. I know that can change over time as items come and go, but for our stay, it was perfect. Having a few chairs and an umbrella to use saved us time and money in finding those things ourselves. And for the one day of torrential rain, it was a perfect unit to lounge in with a movie.Walking to the beach in front of the Hyatt or around the paths nearby was pleasant every day. While I wish the surf had been low enough to swim here, it was still fun to walk on the sand and watch the waves. In hindsight, I wish we'd purchased a day pass for the Hyatt facilities as they looked fun (do this early - they sell out fast). I heard from another tenant that these units also have access to another nearby property for a gym and courts. This unit did not have any info on that and we didn't look into it, but may be worth considering. Overall, we'll put this unit at the top of options when we return to the area. It exceeded our expectations in nearly every way, and I was more than happy with the rental experience as a whole. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

We had a great stay with everything we needed. Location was wonderful; it was easy to walk down to the trail and along the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach.

Check in was simple. Well stocked kitchen. Nice Hawaiian vibe decor. Bed comfy. Location perfect for access to Shipwreck beach & trail.

Great location within walking distance to Grand Hyatt, Poipu beaches, golf course. Well supplied condo, beach umbrellas need replacing as both were damaged but great to have beach chairs, pool noodles. Some food storage containers would be nice. Otherwise, kitchen well stocked. Would definitely return! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Was the most beautiful spacious property right down from the pool , 2 lanais and downstairs , so roomy and beautiful furniture and comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms , a kitchen full of everything you need to cook and pool noodles and beach chairs and beach towels . Washer and dryer and dishwasher . We loved it so much and a walkway to other places to visit and next door to the grand Hyatt for resort day . I looked a long time and this is a gem !!!!

Very nice condo in a beautiful area. Excellent access to the Hyatt, beaches, great food and activities. The cleaning service needs to be a bit more thorough throughout the condo. Very good comms with management. Very much enjoyed our stay!

My wife, mom, and aunt had a great 6 nights at Sands. Would go back anythine.

We feel so relaxed and rested after our 5 nights at this property. It was perfect for my 95 year old FIL who walks with a cane. Parking is easy and both showers are walk-in with the master bath having grab bars for extra safety. Beautiful view, beautiful accomodations, beautiful stay

Upon our arrival in the evening time, we were disappointed to find the condo had not been thoroughly cleaned. However after reaching out to the owner, it was obvious a miscommunication error had occurred, and he was very apologetic and even offered to take a night off of the bill. To be fair we had just decided to book the trip only a few days in advance, and previous occupants had just left the day of our arrival. The cleaning lady came at an appropriate time the next morning, and then the place was perfect. We loved being right by the pool (it was never loud or bothersome) and being able to run up to our condo after a dip, it is chilly with the breeze. We were worried about not having air conditioning, but a night shower and sleeping with the screens open allowing a breeze and using the fans provided allowed us to be plenty comfortable. The walk down to Shipwreck beach is a beautiful one, easy paved walkway surrounded by lush vegetation. The condo has lots of supplies not listed in the description, beach chairs and goggles and umbrellas, all in good condition and were much appreciated. Overall we would certainly stay at this condo again, hopefully in the not so distant future! mahalo

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way! The location makes for easy access to a beautiful walkway through manicured gardens, a beautiful pool, BBQ areas, a tennis court, you name it!Everything was thought of, with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. are all made available too! The property was clean and is well kept.We especially enjoyed the outside area, with table, chairs and loungers.Scott's communication was excellent with clear instructions, and his attention to detail was clear; checking ahead of time on whether we wanted the second room made up as a king or two single beds. We appreciated that attention to detail.We will definitely book this unit again if we have the opportunity to visit the beautiful island of Kauai again!Mahalo Scott!

The condo is located in a great location with an easy walk to both Shipwrecks and Poipu beach. Grand Hyatt and nice landscaping made short walks to Shipwrecks particularly enjoyable. We loved the stay and everything in the condo worked out great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen stuff which made cooking easy. 1st floor location made in and out easy. Nice place.

My second stay in this beautiful and well-equipped unit in Poipu Sands. The perfect spot to enjoy the south shore.
