Luxury Air Conditioned 3BR Kauai Resort Condo

The host was very accommodating.Kitchen was well equipped.Condo was clean and inviting.

Beautiful property… very clean, beds are comfortable and AC works great. Couldn’t ask for a better location … short walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beach, gated pool with hot tub on property. Hans and Vicki were great to us! Really helped us out dealing with flight delays on the way home. Best vacation I’ve ever had!

The space was clean and spacious for us. The kitchen was lacking a few items that would have been useful, like a baking sheet.

The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. Everything worked well. The location is great for accesssing south Kauai sites.Be sure to get the parking pass or the association will give you a warning.

The condo was very spacious & clean and well stocked with almost anything you could ever need: shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers. laundry & dish soap, pool & beach toys, etc. It was a short walk to the beach along a walkway landscaped with beautiful flowering trees and plants. We would be happy to stay there again!

Great property. Loved how pool was next to building and restaurants in walking distance.Could have used a bit more cleaning. The main bathroom tub did not get cleaned or the rugs in that bathroom. Never used stove or oven but looks like they were missed as well.

Overall great stay! It was really close to some nearby shops/food and a short walk to the beach to view some great sunsets/sunrises. We would for sure stay here again. Hans and the property group was helpful whenever we had questions as well.

Just got back to Ohio and am already missing this amazing place! The 3 bedrooms are super spacious and the living areas and kitchen are well equipped. There are so many walking paths and to the 3 beaches and to an amazing hiking trail off ship wreck beach. Poipu beach turtles do NOT disappoint! Please eat at Keikos Paradise and get coffee from The Little Fish! Book this place asap!

Clean, spacious and fun!

Property is surrounded by palms and blossoming plants, 10 steps to cozy pooljacuzzi. Rooms are spacious, balconies are great for morning coffees. Having A/C is definitely a great thing, we used it few times when it was too hot outside. Number and sizes of bedrooms worked perfectly well for us, each bedroom has it's own bathroom (bathtub or shower). Beds are comfy. Spacious main room with big and comfy sofa, for the family to gather and relax together. Large kitchen/dining area. Dishwasher had a problem but managing company arranged to get it fixed very promptly. All communication with host and managing company was easy and pleasant, the responses were coming back very prompt! Walking distance (10-15 mins) to the beaches on the nicely maintained lands. Visitor parking spots were always available for our 2nd car. My rating in 4.5 - for few things that would make our stay even better (and I do realize those things may not be a "thing" for other potential guests!) We are tea lovers, and having a tea kettle would make our stay more joyful. Also, for kitchen, having ziplocks and plastic wrap would help to manage food at premises (these things were always available in other rents I used). I also rate cleanliness as 4.5 - floors under the beds and furniture could have been vacuumed better, and shower curtain (inner one) in the 2nd floor bathroom does require a replacement. In overall, we've enjoyed our stay and would come back next time on Kauai!

This is our favorite community to stay when in Poipu. This condo was perfect distance to both Poipu and Shipwrecks. Condo was clean and spacious.

If you are traveling to Kauai, there is truly no better place you can stay than here! The condo itself is very comfortable, which is great after a long day of play. Close walking distance to two of the best beaches on Kauai (Shipwreck, and Po’ipu). Close to Koloa, and very easy access to the rest of the island. The hosts are great communicators, and quick to respond to inquiries). This will be the first place we look when we are ready to come back again.

This unit is in Poipu walking distance to the beach. Being a condo rather than a resort, I felt free to explore the area. Old Koloa town is fantastic and minutes away. Break-Feast is a must try. Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach the Puka Dog lives up to the hype. Merrimans was delicious and there is so much more. Unit has kitchen and washer dryer. Beds and linens are very nice. Very close to highway and airport. Great host and facilities

The condo was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and just a short walk from Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Only four stars because someone entered the property during our stay - without any kind of communication or advance notice - to leave the owner’s Amazon packages in the kitchen closet. If they had asked, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but they never bothered to let us know.

Overall it was a nice place. It would be nice if someone come and replace the broken light bulb upstairs.

The location was perfect as we met up with other family. Pools were very nice and very nice path to the beach.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was absolutely spotless, perfectly clean and furnished. It is the ideal location, within walking distance to Shipwreck and Brennecke’s beach! Would recommend this place 100%

Very nice property in excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location was ideal for a family with kids who like to swim in the pool. We spent many hours sitting by the pool. It was also a great location with easy access to the beach. The inside of the unit was clean and comfortable for our family.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this comfortable, clean and spacious property that provided everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would love to stay here again!

The property was incredibly awesome. The host was excellent. We found it to be so comfortable we just wanted to stay put. Walked to the beach in the mornings to view turtles and monk seals. Mahalo

Our family made this spot our home for three nights & thoroughly enjoyed the location, cleanliness and amenities of the property.

Great communication prior to arrival and during our stay! The property was very clean and it definitely met our needs. Our group ranged in age from 14-73. We had plenty of space! What we really liked was the location near Poipu Beach, shopping and restaurants. We also appreciated how quiet the condo development was, and how walkable the neighborhood was!

Everything was great during our stay! We appreciated the condo being well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen with cookware and utensils. The condo was quiet and clean. We walked to the beach everyday at least twice a day to say good morning to the turtles at Poipu Beach or enjoy boogie boarding at Brennecke Beach in the afternoon. My teenagers loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club access. Communication with the property managers was very responsive, positive and helpful.

The unit was large and well appointed. Nice to have large capacity, modern laundry machines. Access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was great - easy running/walking distance away. The owner was friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I’d definitely rent this unit again if returning to Poipu.

Property was very nice. Would have preferred having a key to using a long code. Did have a problem with the code working.
