We enjoyed our stay and the penthouse was clean and nice. There was an issue with the elevator where the security fob would not allow us access to the penthouse so one of us had to go up the stairs and send the elevator down. This was a bit of an inconvenience on the first day as we had a lot of luggage and groceries. The location was very nice and it was a short walk to the beach. There were a couple of appliance issues. One burner on the stove didn’t work and on side of the toaster. This didn’t affect our stay at all. On the windy days the door in the master bedroom rattled a bit. All in all we thought the place was clean and nice.

I Villas Poipu Kai was beautiful. It was centrally located to everything we needed to do. The Villa was clean, well appointed with everything we needed as a family of eight. I would highly recommend staying at the Villas of poipu. Five minute walk to Brenneck beach , food, dining and shops. Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi area. Highly recommend.
