Stayed a few nights
We had a wonderful vacation at the Turquoise Turtle house! The condo and location are absolutely gorgeous! The view is great and there is a walking path along the cliff. We got in very late and appreciated the supplies that were in the condo. There are also plenty of towels and supplies for the beach. I had a few questions and the response time was extremely fast. If we are fortunate enough to return we would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Several of Kauai’s most beloved beaches are just a short walk away. Wander east along the shoreline to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwrecks Beach, or head west to discover turtle coves, Brennecke’s Beach for body surfing, and iconic Poipu Beach—ideal for families. Poipu Beach Park offers protected swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding, along with restrooms, showers, and picnic tables. Right across the street you’ll find a restaurant and a favorite stop for shaved ice, while nearby Kukui‘ula Village and Poipu Shopping Village offer excellent dining and shopping options.

Staying at this property I feel compelled to share my experience thus far, as it has fallen well short of expectations.First and foremost, the information provided prior to and upon arrival was completely inadequate. There was no mention of the required parking pass, which I only learned about after wandering the condo complex and asking others. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress at check-in.The TV situation has also been frustrating. The remote is outdated and barely functional, and I was unable to sign out of the previous guest’s Amazon Prime account—raising privacy concerns and preventing us from watching anything personalized for our family reunion. Something as simple as watching a meaningful movie together became a hassle.No information about the need for pool keys or other aspects of this setting.The unit is also very noisy. There was a domestic dispute downstairs during our stay, and the overall environment is far busier and louder than suggested in the listing.Make no mistake this is not a resort complex but an active community where people live, is very noisy in the early morning. To make matters worse, communication from both the owner and their listed contact has been weak at best—slow, unhelpful, and not particularly solution-oriented. For anyone expecting a seamless experience or attentive hosting, this property does not deliver.Would not recommend unless significant changes are made to the way the property is managed and communicated.

Great place for this leg of our Family vacation. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. Photos need to be updated on VRBO as there is new construction next door that is directly viewed from the patio.
We had a great time. A very beautiful place to stay.
Needs to be up dated. Cupboards are old, don't close well and are painted. Stove top elements didn't heat well. Lanai had temporary supports for safety.
Condo over all was clean and had amazing beds. Down side is we were not made aware that the lanai was not usable until we arrived and seen note on the door. At the time of the booking it was available. The hot tub at the complex was down also. After stopping for a weeks worth of food, to save money amd eat in. We ended up having to throw most of it out. As the refrigerator went out the following day. So cost more money to eat out. They did have a cooler, but no where close to get ice. The unit is up stairs which wasn't bad. Overall it was an okay unit. Just a few frustrating things that will keep us from booking again.

Clean condo. Had all the utensils, pots, needed for cooking. Fabulous location. Mere minutes walk doen to the ocean. Would have been nice to have use of the deck. But it was undergoing maintenance.
