Recently upgraded single level ocean view condo

Yes the host was welcoming. Problem; the tubs were recently painted which made them extremely slippery. There are no grab bars by the tub and there were instructions to not use rubber mats. We were fortunate to not have fallen but that situation is an accident waiting to happen. Also the tennis courts were closed for repairs. This should have been noted to us ahead of time as we brought pickle ball equipment wanting to play pickle ball.

Loved our stay. Unit was well stocked. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset. Grateful for the beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. They even kindly accommodated a late check out to bridge the gap between check out in Poipu and our check in time in Princeville. Will stay again!

The floors were dirty when we got there as well as the comforter in the guest bedroom

The owner and property manager were very responsive to a couple of questions we had about the property. Soon after we arrived on the island, there was a tsunami warning and Evelyn provided guidance on where to go as the area was being evacuated. The cable box wasn't working and she had it fixed right away. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated. The kitchen, living room and dining room was spacious. The only concern we had was that the portable A/C in the smaller bedroom was extremely loud and our kids had trouble sleeping due to the noise. The A/C in the larger room worked well.

Our time in the condo was great, there was plenty of room, great location, excellent communication, and beautiful views from the lanai. Everything was great even with some WiFi issues they got resolved the next day. The only thing that could have been improved on was the beds were not the comfortable, in both rooms.

This was a very convenient place to stay in Poipu! Easy access to everything. The home was very clean and had nice newer finishes. We had everything we needed for our week. Balcony views were very nice and the overall property was quiet from 9pm to 9am. My wife and 2 teenage daughters loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was clean and everything worked. The pool and spa were nice but the spa was a little hot. We could not get the internet to work - we tried resetting the router but it still did not work.

Condo was as advertised. We thought it was a great value for this oceanfront location. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Very nice ocean view, as we feared looking through buildings would be limited. It was not. Loved the location. Communications with manager was outstanding and very timely.

Overall, the location was perfect and it was awesome to hang out at the lanai and look at the ocean and hear it. The pool is great as well. Slightly dated on the inside, but still great and location can’t be beat.

This is a great location for our stay on Kauai. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of space for the three of us. We notified the management of a few issues and they more than promptly, took care of it. It is an older complex with some repairs to the deck.

Nice unit with ocean views. Location is great for South Island activities. Property is well maintained (although there was that kitchen window shade that has been broken since January—we were here in the first week of March). The atmosphere is congenial with an almost neighborhood feel. Great restaurant selections in the area. Would certainly return.

Great spot, within walking distance to the beach, clean and lovely condo. We had a few problems with missing gear and maintenance issues, but Property Manager addressed them promptly.

We enjoyed our stay here in condo 2205 with a lovely view of the ocean( and whales!) from the living area and lanai. Sophia from management was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and even supplied and delivered pickleball paddles to us so we could take advantage of the nearby court.The kitchen was neat and very clean and had everything we needed, including a welcome basket of goodies. Bedrooms were separated at opposite ends of the condo which allowed for privacy. Necessary to walk down nearby paths to get to enjoy the beaches as the complex was located on a higher elevation. Enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Poipu. We loved the location, it was very quiet and peaceful. Was able to see whales right from our lanai. Poipu Beach was fantastic - was able to see Sea Turtles and a Monk Seal - have awesome pictures. The condo was fantastic - not too close to the big resorts, but not far enough to be out of the way. Will definitely stay again!!!

Unit was in excellent condition. You can tell it was recently remodeled. The views of the ocean from the Lanai were great. So nice to sit there with coffee or wine and enjoy the ocean. Property management was VERY responsive to any inquiry. The only real downside was the # of stairs needed to get to the unit from the car - not a problem except when carrying luggage at the beginning or end of stay.

Such an easy and pleasant process to check in and communicate with the owner. Beautiful location. The pool and pump house are directly below deck and there is a building in the visual path to the ocean but we could definitely enjoy the whales breeching and spouting. The ocean view was lovely. There isn’t a dresser in the second bedroom which would be nice. The closet is big. Air conditioning and fans were great. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Stairs to the unit would be difficult to navigate with any disability. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. And the welcome basket and intro note were a nice touch. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The pictures are accurate in depicting the condo and the grounds. The pool and hot tub are clean and we used them everyday. The condo is well-equipped with snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Couldn’t be in a better location, just a few minutes walk or drive to Poipu Beach. We hated to leave!

Great location, with a close walk to several different beaches. The condo has new appliances and has been updated. The pool is really nice for an afternoon swim after being out all day. Sophie, our VRBO contact was wonderful if we had any questions.

This was a perfect place to stay for our week in Kauai. It had everything we needed. The view from our lanai was so lovely. The welcome basket of fresh pineapple and Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Everything about this place was great. The management company was very quick to answer any questions, the unit was exactly as described, the location was amazing and overall a great space for a family of four with two teenage boys.

The property was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and 2 teens. We kept cool and had plenty of space. Close enough to the beach to walk and enjoyed watched the waves outside.

Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lovely lanai, especially under the stars! Parking was easy, condo was easy to find. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

Everything about this condo is perfect! The view from the balcony to the ocean, the view of the pool, being able to walk every morning and night with an ocean view. You could even walk with a neighborhood view if you prefer. If you needed anything, groceries, etc., it was just a short drive away. We just loved it. Very peaceful.

We stayed for 10 nights & this was a great location for everything on the island. The views from the lanai were amazing and the path neighboring the complex was fun to explore and is an easy walk to Shipwreck Beach. Also an easy walk in the other direction from the complex to Poipu Beach to see the sea turtles come ashore in the evening. The unit has plenty of kitchen supplies, space for everyone, beds were comfortable and having the washer/dryer was super helpful. Also appreciated there were pods available for the washer and dishwasher. Communication was great for any questions or concerns.

While there was a slight miscommunication at the beginning of our stay, property management made it right immediately and then also provided complementary late check out. The property came with beach gear, which was in great shape. It also has an incredible view of the ocean out of the main bedroom as well as the lanai. Would stay here again with my family.

Condo was very good and had everything we needed for our stay including some beach stuff. Lanai was great for sitting and room ACs did come handy. We didn’t use the pool but it never looked crowded. Definitely was not noisy given the number of tourists. Smooth communication and check-in/out process. Welcome tray with fruits and food was a great surprise :-) Very close to Poipu beach which had some great snorkeling. Not too far from stores and restaurants. Most of the island is less than an hour drive - other than the far north region.

After a 2 week business trip to Australia, we decided to break up our trip home to Canada with a stay in Poipu. Upon arrival, we found the condo to be exactly as advertised and more. The condo is very clean and open with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen handled our needs and the provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were there and ready for us to use. We were particularly impressed by the grounds and bbq area etc. Everything is well looked after and groomed and pool and grills cleaned every day. Whale watching while having morning coffee or a late day cocktail was a highlight for us. Our dealings with Evelyn were prompt and pleasant. We would certainly consider booking this unit again for future stays. Margaret and Paul

The kids loved the property and it was so close to everything!

We had a very pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the walking path along the water that extends beyond the complex. It was also nice to have a hot tub in addition to the pool. You can hear the kids at the pool from the lanai, but it did not detract from our stay.

The place was really clean except for the windows. There were no shades on the kitchen windows. So anyone in the parking lot could look straight through the place, meaning the kitchen and living room. I must have missed the notification that the balcony was broken/closed because it was under construction.
