Our master bedroom is roomy with a king sized bed, large walk in closet, AC and private lanai. The bathroom is large with a glass tile shower wall. The living area is equipped with a brand new pullout sofa bed with a 5 in memory foam mattress for additional guests.
Relax and enjoy the numerous amenities of our Poipu Kai condo. Enjoy swimming in one of two pools available for guest use. Our condo is situated in an ideal location for watching family/kids in the pool from the comfort of your own lanai. Do you love tennis or pickle ball? There are plenty of courts available for use on the property. Brenneke's , Shipwreck's and Poipu Beach are short walk down the manicured path. Load up the beach wagon with all the beach toys and get ready to enjoy an amazing day in paradise. Snorkeling, body boarding , swimming and surfing are just steps away.
If you like to grill, there are Weber BBQs located throughout the property. We also provide all the beach gear you will need... umbrella, chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, a cooler and a wagon to make your walk to the beach a breeze.

Great location, clean with everything you need.
This is an incredible place to stay. Sara is amazing and dedicated to providing the best experience possible for guests. The place itself is in the middle of everything. 100 steps to Kalapaki Joes, a quick walk down the greenbelt to the beach, and really just a central location for an amazing Poipu vacation. The unit was fully stocked for a beach days, had all the toiletries, and the layout itself was just perfect.I did not see a single bug inside the unit and was overall extremely clean. Had other friends on the island that weren’t as lucky with bugs. I think my favorite part was the slat windows that allowed the winds to move throughout the house and keep it cool. The AC in the bedroom was ice cold and worked perfectly. Just a 10/10 spot and would recommend to all.
Location was great! Easy walk to beach and proximity to pool is amazing! Was a very cute place and the communication was incredible! Highly recommend!!!
Every aspect of the stay was perfect. The host left the front light on for us as we were arriving at night and gave instructions where to park. The condo was perfect for us with room to spare. I sat every morning on the lanai and listened to the birds (and chickens). Easy walk to a great beach (with titles and monk seals) and the pool and a fun restaurant/sports bar. Our host was exceptionally responsive when we had a problem and resolved it quickly. We definitely want to return
The unit was better than expected- really spacious and conveniently located near Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. It was very clean and had everything we would want to use including beach and snorkel gear. Above all else, Sara was an amazing host who had helpful suggestions for our first visit to Kauai. She also promptly answered all questions as they came up during our stay. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

The Beach House is located in the perfect place with views galore and access to beaches, shopping, biking, dining and long walks. The kitchen is equipped with the tools needed to prepare a meal and the living area very sufficient for relaxing. The king size bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of linens and a good shower. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!
So nice to be able to walk to the beach, and such a pretty walk too. Appreciated the beach cart, chairs, cooler and towels! Also loved the welcome basket, very nice touch! Host was very responsive and helpful.
Spacious and the little extra touches Sara provided were appreciated. Close to beaches . Great views. I think it was better than the photos! Would definitely recommend.
The location and proximity to Brenneke’s Beach and restaurants was so convenient. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy beach days or just relaxing by the pool. The ocean views were something we were looking forward to and really enjoyed. Do not heaitate to book the property for your net
We had a wonderful stay at Sara's property in Poipu. The unit was clean, had beach house vibes, and was a short walking distance to nice beaches. The property has everything we could have possibly needed - new/clean beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, cooler, towels), a Pack n' Play crib, laundry, kitchen supplies, an AC unit in the master bedroom for added comfort. Sara was very communicative and gave us some great recommendations during our trip. Everything about our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this property for your Poipu beach stay!
