Deluxe Poipu Beach Oceanview -Park Next to Door! No Stairs! A/C!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Quiet and peaceful. At the top of a hill with nice views of the ocean. Great pool. Nice balcony. We ate many meals out there. Place had all the supplies we needed. Thanks.

This air conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit was very close to parking and incredibly nice. There is a view of the ocean, and the grounds are well kept. Peaceful neighborhood.My brother’s family stayed roughly a mile away at the Marriott Waiohai beach resort. This condo was as large as their suite and much “homier” feeling. All at about 1/4 of what it would’ve cost me at the big resort. There is also a variety of beach gear from Chairs to umbrellas etc… that save on rentals. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely stay there again if I ever have the opportunity.

Condo exactly as described. Clean unit, everything that you need. We cooked in quite a bit to save . Nice view of the ocean, great complex, and pool. It was very a close walk to Poipu beach and shops. The pop-up bakery was a 5 minute walk! Owners great to work with.Would recommend to anyone! Mahalo.

We had a fabulous stay! Host was a great communicator, and we had everything we needed. This location is just perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We stayed in this same complex a couple years ago and this unit was a much better fit. Having everything on one floor was so much better. The view from the Lanai was spectacular and since I got the flu the second day in Kauai, laying in the sun on the Lanai was just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week for our family vacation! The location was awesome the grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful walk to see the waves crashing on the beach especially in the morning!

We loved the condo and the location! The contact and owner were very responsive when I let them know the air conditioner was making noise and had someone come to repair it the same day. Loved being able to walk through the beautiful complex down to the beach. The only negative was trying to find the unit the first night in the dark because the iPhone navigation says “arrived” when you are nowhere near building 8 and in the dark you can’t tell where you are or see any building numbers.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is well equipped with all the necessities. Location is super convenient. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet with a great view. Would definitely stay here again.

We had comfortable accommodations . Good directions to check in and out. Place was well stocked with beach equipment! Beautiful view on the deck!!

Very spacious condo in pretty, quiet complex a few blocks walk from beaches. Bit of a hill to get back! Nice view, a little dated inside but everything you need. However, a new coffeemaker, clock and a spray of WD-40 on the patio door would be useful! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place has it all! Just bring yourselves and swimsuits.

We stayed a couple of nights in July to be closer to Waimea Canyon. The unit is easy to access, just a few steps down from the parking lot. But the back of the unit is elevated, affording great views. There’s great ventilation- possible to have ocean breezes through the living area during the day. We used A/C at night and it was great, too. We were able to cook as needed. The unit was a little hard to find based on instructions because we arrived after dark. It would be clearer to say “Go to the end of Nalo Rd and park upon entering the lot.”

Great view they had everything for us snorkels, coolers, beach chairs etc…condo was great and parking was easy. Grounds were clean just beautiful!

Air conditioning worked great! Older unit and met all our needs. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. We walked down for shave ice every day! There are steps down from parking lot and step up into condo! Although with help, my 93 year old mom made it down steps and up into unit. She spent most of her morning in sun on lanai off her bedroom and then transitioned to large lanai in afternoon and evening. Kitchen is well supplied and bathrooms off both bedrooms were nice. Plenty of room for 4.

Location, View, has the IT factor. Feels like a home away from home

This property checked all the boxes we were looking for. Great location, spacious, comfortable and easy to access. Sitting out on the lanai in the evenings and watching the sunset over the ocean was amazing.

Our stay was beautiful, the Condo was clean and the view and surroundings including the pool quite lovely, fabulous really. The fans and windows kept the air comfortable. It was quiet and very well kept. Had a bit of trouble with the shower knob as it was hard to push in and out. This did not interfere with our impression of our stay. Especially the convenience of the parking. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was very clean and the AC was appreciated as many places on Kauai still don’t have it. Everything about our unit was as advertised, which made for a very pleasant, trouble free stay. This is one of the better equipped properties in which we have recently stayed. Towels, beach chairs, cooler, golf clubs, and the kitchen had everything we could want and more. The photos don’t do the unit justice as the bedrooms are very spacious and the lanai for each bedroom is an awesome bonus. If you choose, you can watch the gorgeous Poipu sunset from your lanai, or stroll down and enjoy it with others who gather at the beach every evening to share the beauty. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to a friend or family member. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay!
