Kukuiula Cottage #08 By Parrish Kauai - Private Pool and AC Great for the Family

The bedrooms were exceptional and each having it’s own bathroom. Cooking some meals with the kitchen and grilling. Also enjoyed the walking path to restaurants and shopping.

We had a great time. Really super location with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Even the beach was walkable but a bit longer. The neighborhood was really nice with beautiful homes. This house had everything we needed. Very well appointed. The house next door was being remodeled so was a little noise but they were respectful of us. You might want to check on that. Otherwise highly recommended. We would go back.

The pictures really don’t do this property justice! Absolutely stunning! From the appliances, amenities, and decor to the neighborhood it is in, it was all so peaceful and serene-except for the construction next door, we couldn’t have asked for a better property!

Overall, the house was very comfortable and well stocked. Lovely decor and reasonable amenities came with the house. Guest services was helpful with questions/information and responded within a short time. Bedrooms are air conditioned, which was really nice on the hotter evenings. Overall cleanliness was good. The neighborhood is still in development and had some construction noise, but was in the great location. There are shops/restaurants within walking distance and multiple beaches, restaurants, and additional shopping within a couple of miles. It was very rainy during our stay, but the outside patio furniture was well covered so we were still able to enjoy the yard even during not-great weather. Our family really enjoyed the house, were very happy with the location, and everyone was quite comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

This private home was the perfect getaway for me and my sister and our three young adult daughters. The home is so special and unique - words can’t describe. It had a very spacious, open, breezy yet private ambiance. It was a true oasis after long days spent exploring the beautiful garden paradise of Kauai. It is walkable to nearby shops and restaurants and to the many local beaches just to the South. We were visiting from Florida and Georgia. This was our very first time in Hawaii and we would absolutely come back to visit this island and stay in this property again. The locals were extremely friendly, welcoming and inviting to us. What a peaceful and beautiful place to live! Thank you to the Property Manager for the exquisite attention to detail and preparation of the home and thank you to the home owner for allowing others to enjoy this magnificent property!

This was the most relaxing and wonderful vacation spot we could hope for. I stayed with my husband, two sisters and my children ages 2 and 4. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was amazing, with shops and restaurants just down the path. The small dipping pool was perfect for my small children. Our flight did not leave until 9 pm our last day. The host was kind enough to give us complimentary late checkout until 6 pm, which was perfect. I would recommend this property a million times over. And I would absolutely look for another Parish property in the future.

The house is beautiful and the location is well situated. With Covid protocols the check in process was 100% remote which left a little to be desired. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the house (air conditioning, water heater) which were slow to resolve. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but feel engagement with the property management staff could have been better.

Communication with property staff was easy and replies were swift. Check in was easy and we were able to access home upon arrival to property. Home was perfect for large family. Lanai, pool and tiki torches added to resort feel. Check out was simple- no clean up, and we just left the keys where instructed. Easy! Home is beautiful and all you need are your clothes and any food you may want from the grocery store :)
