This turnkey cottage includes a serene bedroom, paying tribute to the culture of the islands with accented furniture and hand selected art. The exquisite room has a large mirrored closet and a king sized bed with plush pillows and soft linens for your comfort.

The kitchen & bedroom windows overlook the property’s most unique feature: a custom waterfall and creek and brand new putting green on our property in the side yard.

*Kukui'ula Shopping Center is just around the corner. Address: 2829 Ala Kalanikaumaka Rd A-101, Poipu, HI 96756. This shopping mall opens daily from 10am-8pm (Sundays from 10-6pm) with boutiques, restaurants with bars and grilles & art galleries, plus a Wednesday farmer's market.
The Wed Famers market (Kauai Culinary) is hosted at The Shops at Kukuiula from 4 to 6 pm. Live island music fills the air as you wander the beautifully landscaped grounds while supporting farmers and small businesses that offer a variety of fresh, locally grown produce, pies, jams, island flavor specialty products and try free samples from local vendors offering Hawaiian fusion goods.

The property is located in quiet neighborhood. It is well maintained, clean, organized and conveniently located within few minutes of beach&shopping centers. There is washer&dryer on site and assigned parking spot. The hosts are very friendly and reachable for any questions. We found everything we need in the unit but would love to have more towels.

The location of this Villa is perfect, close to everything yet super quiet. The Villa itself is impeccable and clean, with everything you could ask for and decorated beautifully with lovely gardens outside. The kitchen area is limited, but it does have everything you need to prepare full meals (which we did most days). We had an amazing stay and would certainly come back again.
The villa was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Communication with Susan was timely, detailed, and so easy. The place is easily mapped out with instructions, so we knew exactly where everything was and how to use the amenities. There is a separate laundry room which was great for active people like us who want to pack light. We didn’t stay around the villa much, but the grounds are beautifully kept, and had we stayed a couple of more days, we would have used the grill and sat out. The koi pond is amazing and was enjoyable every morning to watch them along the maze. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.
This property was as advertised. We especially appreciated the friendly, attentive host, air conditioning, black out blinds in the bedroom and the QUIET. Be aware that many Hawaiian properties are noisy because the slatted windows that's a substitute for air conditioning lets in noise. The directions to the property are accurate - third house on the right as you turn into the cul-de-sac, but it is real easy to miss that first house at night with its car-length driveway that is immediately as you turn in. There are no street lights so night time is pitch black and your head lights won't illuminate that driveway. If you come in the daylight, this won't be a problem. One nit: The kitchen consists of a working surface that is the top of a cabinet approximately 18x36". All the appliances listed exist but they are all portable. While guests could certainly cook simple meals, this property is more suited for guests who plan to eat in restaurants for most of their meals. We would stay here again.
This property was exactly where we needed it to be, and was a great home base for exploring Kauai. The property was meticulously maintained and the owners went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for the mature couple we are, and was the perfect resting place between our somewhat hectic days out and about. Way better for us than staying at a local resort!
I loved staying here. Susan was great and responded to my texts in a timely manner. I thought the place was so lovely and clean. I really appreciated the little details they’ve put into this place. I’d love to come back!
Nice peaceful place but very close to town and beaches
Clean, close to beach, everything we needed for fixing meals. Laundry available at no extra cost. Manager communication was very good.
