Nestled in flourishing tropical landscape within the Poipu Kai Resort, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Kauai vacation home is uniquely designed for privacy with a beautifully appointed back yard and covered patio. Central air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and numerous windows create a fresh, airy vacation residence that invites indoor – outdoor living with multiple entries to the lush surroundings. Ideal for a large group with plenty of space to gather together or to enjoy solitude. A short stroll east along the greenbelt takes you to the Grand Hyatt, Anara Spa and Shipwreck beach or walking west brings you to the resort pool, tennis and pickle-ball (available for a nominal fee), Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach.

Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Very nice property. The house was as advertised and comfortable. Short walks to beaches. Check in and check out were easy. The staff was responsive to a couple questions. Would highly recommend this house.
The house is in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. However the home seems to have not been well maintained - dirty carpets, moldy bathrooms and rodent activity in the kitchen cabinets.
Great location. Nice trails throughout neighborhood that are pretty and end at several of the local beaches. House has a nice backyard with a large table, bbq grill, many different types of chairs - nice place to relax if you don't want to walk to the beach. The house has three separate A/C units to keep you as cool as you want. We had problems with one of the units; however, the management company in charge of the house responded rapidly and solved the problem by bringing in portable units. The house was very quiet and on a dead end street, so very little traffic. The bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, easily accommodating our three children and four adults.The kitchen was well stocked, if not a little strange - there were THREE different coffee makers:). Short drive to a good fish market, fruit stands, and grocery store. Access to a private athletic club allowed our grandkids to play in a pool with a slide when they got tired of the beach.We would definitely come back if we have an opportunity.
Loved this rental, pictures don’t do it justice. Much bigger than pictured with a beautiful tropical backyard. The neighborhood is very nice and a great location. It is close to several beaches great for snorkeling, shopping and restaurants. Definitely what I pictured Hawaii to be, very tropical and relaxing. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I would love to bring my family again!! Thanks again
There are a few items that need attention: one of the patio chairs is completely ripped out, the bar-b-q is not getting enough oxygen to heat properly, the ceiling vent in one of the guest bedrooms drops “stuff” on the bed, the dryer makes a banging noise.
The couches are not those in the picture, they are smaller. The carpets are stained and dirty, the toilet in the master is incredibly loud and woke people up. The dryer did not dry, the burners on stove only work for 2 at a time. We were told we could have 3 cars with 1 parked on the street in front of the house, yet the 1st morning we woke up to a parking violation on our car because street parking was not allowed. This house is definitely outdated and needs a lot of work!
Hale Lani was a well-appointed and in a great location for our week stay. Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach were a short walk away and there's nice paved paths to walk on to get around the neighborhood. We had a party of 7 adults and it fit us fine. Mahalo!
Great Kauai vacation spot!
Much enjoyed the house with my family
We loved our stay here, it was like a place to call home while we were away! It’s spacious, comfortable and the house layout really optimizes personal privacy. We were able to readily prepare and enjoy meals together, relax outside watching birds and geckos and take in a movie on TV some evenings. It’s perfectly located too, to walk down to Shipwreck Beach or Brennecke’s, or to the bottom of the hill to watch the turtles. Having AC really made it comfortable too!
A very roomy home. Nice kitchen with lots of supplies. Great backyard. Only a 10-20 minute walk to pool and beaches. Or 3 minute drive to Poipu beach (fabulous snorkeling)
The overall space of the property was good, the property itself appears to be a little tired. Suffers from a lot of deferred maintenance. The proximity to the pool was quite a bit further than anticipated, the images of what was posted online seemed to differ than reality.
