Boutique Condo with Contemporary Art: Steps from Scenic Poipu Beach Trail.

We loved our stay! The property is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved the 2 queen beds in 1 room and the king in the other allowing everyone in our group to sleep well. The shared space is open and comfortable with plenty of seating so we could all hang out together. It was a great place to stay for our family

The condo was perfect for our family vacation to Kauai - excellent location, super communicative hosts, and all the amenities we could need. We would love to stay here again!

Great for small family gathering

The condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen that met our needs. We had plenty of room for my husband, myself and our two adult children. The lanai faces a very busy street so we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. Wish the couch was a little softer. We appreciated all the towels and lots of beach equipment! Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs!

Beautiful home, nice and cool AC. Lots of great beach equipment that we used all the time! Lovely to sit on the lanai and drink coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the paths tot be beach which are much nicer than we even expected. It was easy to load up the beach cart and take it down the paved paths! Pool areas were nice and close by. Wonderful stay for a family of 3, would definitely book again!

This was our second time staying in this complex, but first time in this condo. The condo was nice and the double futon beds were great for our kids. The two main bedroom beds were very cozy. Our only complaint was that we had to wash and put away the sheets for the futons before checking out. We don’t mind pulling the sheets off and cleaning up after ourselves the best we can, but this did not allow us to spend time exploring our last morning because we had to do laundry before checking out. Of the three places we stayed while in Hawaii, we had to do more to prepare for checkout here than any of the other places. We pay a cleaning fee already, so this just seemed to be a bit more than what should be asked of us. Otherwise, we felt the condo was nice and accommodating for our family.

This condo was in a central location close to everything we needed. Beaches were a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more from beach chairs to curling irons. The amenities were great as well. All in all it provided us a very comfortable living space!

This property was fantastic with roomy bedrooms a nice living room and kitchen. The property had clean, well maintained barbecues and a swimming pool about 1 minute from the condo. Beautiful beaches were only a short scenic walk away and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

We have stayed in several units in this complex and found this one to be very clean and suitable for 4 individuals. The vents in the guest bedroom did not cool off the room as well as the other rooms, however, the owner provided portable fans in every room. Management responded promptly.

The condo was in a great spot, clean, and worked perfect for us! It was stocked with beach toys, beach towels, spices, and even some yummy chocolates to greet us! We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Susan was great to communicate with and super accommodating! Thank you!

The beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for an easy walk to Pouipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. Keyless entry was effortless and we were treated with wine, Hawaiian cookies and chocolate on the counter. The host was speedy to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped and included spices galore. Plenty of beach toys including wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and great information on sights to see on Kauai. Condo included Kleenex, night lights, first aid kits, plenty of beach towels, hand held vacuum, laundry detergent, pack and play, charging station - they thought of everything to make the stay extra comfy. Although the condo faced the street you couldn’t hear anything in the bedrooms which had very comfy king size beds. Excellent experience.

This condo's location was perfect. Easy access to walking paths/many beaches. Restaurants/groceries were a short drive away. The pool and hot tub was just down a short path. The designated parking stall was very close to the condo's entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for 2 couples. The owner's response time was very prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Michelle

Nicely decorated property. Long walk to your car. Could use a few more towel bars in the bathrooms.

The condominium and the property perfectly fit the needs of our daughter, her boyfriend and his two teenagers. They appreciated the beach toys and other amenities. They had a trip of a lifetime!
