About this property

Pool Enhancement Project Notice

To enhance our amenities, the Regency Association of Apartment Owners will be conducting a pool resurfacing project this fall. Only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain open throughout the project.

October 4 - 23, 2026: Pool 2 will be closed (located behind Regency Building 7)

October 25 - November 20, 2026: Pool 1 will be closed (located in the center of the property)

Guests may experience intermittent construction noise during work hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
