Getting Around:
PARKING INFORMATION: Guests are not to park in the driveway. Just before the driveway on the right hand side there is a parking stall for the guests. There is a small sign that says Royal Palm and there is a storm drain directly in front of you when parked. Please do not park on the grass.

This place was so lovely. Quiet neighborhood but so close to so many amenities and excursions on this side of the island. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is a lovely new apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Poipu. Close to the beach, shopping, markets and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in apartment. Highly recommend.

This property was very quiet, well provisioned, and a perfect place to stay a couple of days. The neighborhood is quiet to walk in, there are several restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and the beach is not far away. They even had Hawaiin snacks available when I arrived. I would stay here again! It is a lovely property!
We really loved the rental property. It was a lovely place to stay while we were visiting Kauai. Would love to have had a washer and dryer, but otherwise the place was perfect.
We loved staying here so much, it was perfect for just the two of us. It had everything we needed, it was *clean*, it was quiet at night, was in a safe neighborhood (neighbors all waved too!). The location was perfect; close to shopping, beaches and great food! The only thing we missed was being able to do laundry, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We absolutely would consider staying here again.
