Guest Access:
You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Beautiful property in a great location. We loved our stay here - the condo is lovely, great arrangement for a family, terrific kitchen. The check-in process was easy and we really appreciated the late check-out since we had a late flight. The location was great. Close to Poipu beach, Shipwreck beach, and Brennecke Beach.
This is our second time back to Kauai and we knew we had to book this property again. It is the perfect place for our family. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and other supplies at our disposal made our stay that much better. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back again!

The condo was beautifully renovated. Updated and fully equipped kitchen. The deck was very private and large. Bedrooms had nice mattresses and linens (need pillow protectors though). No tv in lower bedroom. The wall between units was a bit thin as you could hear your neighbors.The condo complex was charming, clean, quiet. Nice pool that nobody used. Conveniently located.
I would recomend Poipu Crater 16 it is a great condo, well equipped. Loved the soaking tub in the master bedroom/bath!

This was a great spot inside the crater. Secluded from most of the tourist but walkable/drivable to the beach.
My wife and I loved staying here with our 11 month old son. The jungle vibes on the lanai really make you feel like you’re secluded even though the other units are not that far away. Close enough to walk to Poipu beach which was perfect for swimming with a baby. We would definitely come back!
The hosts were very helpful with answering any questions we had. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Very clean and comfortable for my family of 5.
The place was well stocked and everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms were well laid out. Pool is very close by and we made use of the BBQ to make hamburgers. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
