Poipu's sunny South Shore is built for easy beach days. Brennecke's Beach is just up the path, and Poipu Beach is nearby for snorkeling, swimming, and watching for honu resting on the shore. The Poipu Kai paths thread through tropical grounds toward the coast, while restaurants, coffee shops, and casual shopping are within easy reach. Golfers have courses nearby, and Old Koloa Town offers a short-drive change of scene. Choose this neighborhood when the best part of the day is likely to be barefoot and close to the water.
Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the resort area itself is walkable, with beaches, shops, and dining within a short stroll of most condos. The Poipu shopping village and popular snorkeling spots are just minutes away on foot or by a quick drive. Parking is generally available on site, keeping things easy.

Great location. Walk to the beach in 2 to 3 minutes. We loved how they had beach chairs and a small cooler that we used every day. It is a nice, spacious place on ground level so we used the back porch to eat out breakfast. I recommend this place.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes, and a welcome gift too! It is a very short and enjoyable walk to poipu beach. You have to try the puka dog! The patio was very private and would have been used more if the patio furniture was in better shape.
This place was perfect for my wife and I. It is a great location with walking distance to the beach, short drive to surrounding towns, quite. VERY nice. Just a few issues with the internet and TV, but that was it.
Amazing location, a short walk to Poipu and Brenneckes. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very well appointed and spotless interior with upgraded bathrooms and comfy beds. The ceiling fans provided a nice breeze, but the bedroom fan was a bit noisy. A split AC unit in the bedroom and a sturdier pullout would elevate this condo to a 5+!
Located very close to the beach, great pool, multiple barbecues onsite, and relaxing rear lanai.
We stayed at this condo for a week. We loved every second during our trip and can't wait to go back. It is close to the beach and easy to walk to a bar.
Love the location of this property! 4 mins from the beach and pool. Tennis courts and pickleball across the parking lot. Restaurants and shopping very close, walkable. The condo is very clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, big fridge... A few comments and why I only gave it 4 stars. We had inconsistent WIFI, sometimes in the middle of a program we would lose it. No A/C. During the day it was fine, I love the warmth. But, the bedroom doesn't really have any air movement in it. The windows are old and vent at the bottom with no cross breeze. Thank goodness they have 3 fans, we used them all. They also have ceiling fans in every room. It might be worth buying a separate A/C unit for the bedroom...
We absolutely loved this place! We’ve stayed in ma homes/hotels on the island and this was our favorite! Clean, quiet, beautiful private yard, not too hot, great kitchen. Covered shaded parking, great location! Loved it!
First of all to be FAIR…this condo by owner is well appointed, great location, and kitchen fully stocked. Now for the MANAGEMENT side. Vacasa did a minus ONE star job and the owner should consider changing companies! No dishwasher, tiny refridge (big one not working…lost tons of food due to it only cooling to 50 degrees. Dishwasher would not start. So did dishes on my vacation!! YAY! The worst was: after nearly 15 outreaches to Vacasa…turned out the woman in charge of “that part of the island” went on VACATION and then there was NO ONE taking up her job! I was pissed!! Appliance and MANAGEMENT upgrade truly needed.
