Spacious for family of 5. Loved the gym facility!

The property is huge and well maintained, if a bit old. To my way of thinking, I love the older properties and the history that goes with them. Beautiful.Be aware that when they say you must be able to navigate stairs, they MEAN it! Bedrooms downstairs along with 2 baths, but no toilet upstairs. And, no access to any of it without climbing stairs, either up or down. GREAT for a healthy family - not so much for any with mobility problems.Having said that, the unit was lovely and fully stocked. There were many activities available nearby as well as a beach with all the water equipment and classes needed (rental). Overall, a very nice stay.

This was a very nice unit. Host was super communicative and helpful. They had everything we needed for cooking, the baby, etc. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

The resort with the pool was excellent and the beach was very close and so accessible. We had an excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay traveling as a family of five (including three adult children). The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfectly located in Poipu area. The grounds at Kiahuna Plantation Resort are absolutely breathtaking, with easy, direct access to the beach—truly hard to beat. The condo itself was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lanai and balcony areas—they were perfect for morning coffee, relaxing in the sun, and unwinding in the evenings. The extra amenities like boogie boards and beach chairs were such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to our host for the outstanding communication throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, VERY helpful with check-in (went above and beyond), and provided fantastic recommendations and local insights. It’s clear they genuinely cares about their guests and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Truly best-in-class hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again!

The host Kim Was fantastic with a lot of helpfulInformation of activities and places to attend or check out during our stay and was very speedy on responses on communication! The place was in a great location for beach, shopping, food, groceries etc All staff on site were also extremely friendly

The area is super nice, and the grounds are very pretty. The host provided lots of good information about the condo and the island. We were a little disappointed that the condo wasn’t stocked with some of the basics. We were missing coffee filters and sugar.

Beautiful property and Condo

The place was so spacious and clean, the environment was quiet and within walking distance to shops and food. It was a beautiful place to stay

Beautiful Kauai condo, every detail thought of and provided. Well-appointed kitchen, we cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. AC much appreciated. Comfortable beds, clean accommodation. Great location. Kim was so helpful with island suggestions. Our family of four had the best two weeks! Mahalo!

We wished that the sofa made into a hide-a-bed.There are some fun Hawaiian movies in the condo we would have liked to watch, but no working DVD player. Overall we would gladly stay in this condo again.

Kiahuna is the perfect place for anyone who wants easy access to both the beach and a fun pool. The grounds are beautiful and make for easy strolls and both the beach club (pool and gym) and beach cabana have exactly what you need. We appreciated the boogie boards, snorkels, and all the kitchen items in the condo!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. Communication with the owner was terrific, and the unit had all the essentials for a relaxing visit. Admittedly the entire property is a bit worn at the edges and the unit itself could use some updating on furniture, fixtures, etc but none of that got in the way of our fun. If you are a beach lover, the unit is a five minute walk to great swimming and snorkeling. If you are more of a gym user or pool lounger, be prepared to use a nice private club across the street because the property doesn’t have a pool or gym. I’d say this is not a deluxe property but the location and awesome orchid garden work in its favor.

Comfortable, roomy, vegetation and gardens very nice, private. Easy access to beach, shopping, eating, and routes.

We loved Kim Condo. A lot of listings harp on about having AC. It’s really not important. We didn’t need it, it cooled down sufficiently every evening and the ceiling fans worked just great. Location is superb with walkable access to a Plethora of restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Beautiful beach and the grounds were a pleasure to walk through. I believe there are bbqs but no idea where. The living room is an excellent size and general accommodation is clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
