Unit 198. Absolutely unmaintained. Leak stains everywhere. Felt FILTHY - I spilled some water and wiped it up and the towel was black. Just the kind of place where you feel you need to bleach everything you own plus yourself and your children. Check in staff were surly and unresponsive. I’ve stayed in this resort before but wouldn’t again now that I know how hit or miss the suites are. Truly truly bad. I can’t think of a worse stay I’ve had except one really gross hotel in a big city. The location is stunning and the views are as displayed but I would say it would only be acceptable at half the price.
