We loved our stay at this vacation home in Poipu. The house was spotless and well appointed. Furniture was very comfortable. Excellent TV in the main room for a movie night. The kitchen was wonderful. Our family loves to cook and eat-in occasionally on vacation. I appreciated that there were nice kitchen tools and dinnerware to use. The appliances were perfect too. We met the owners and they were charming and helpful with tips etc. Great beach chairs and boogie boards available to use. We will definitely stay here again. My family loved it - my 18 yo daughter said it’s her favorite Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a great location backing up to the golf course. Minutes away from the beaches and favorite food trucks. Highly recommend it!!
Extremely well-stocked house... including spices & cooking condiments, baby equipment & beach chairs/etc. Would be great if all this was listed on site, as we had purchased kitchen supplies that we didn't need and brought baby chairs/beds that you had.Loved the layout of the house & outside area and the location. And the pool at Poipu Athletic Club was amazing... especially for the littles! We have already recommended this home to friends!

Our stay at Jessica's property in Kauai was absolutely fantastic! Jessica was an exceptional host who made us feel right at home. Her communication was superb – she was responsive when needed but never intrusive. The house was not only perfect but also perfectly maintained. The well-stocked kitchen, complete with a variety of spices and a grill, made meal preparation a breeze. The athletic club with its pool, including a baby pool, and gym facilities were an added bonus. The location couldn't have been more ideal, just a short drive from the beach where we were fortunate enough to witness the breathtaking sight of turtles coming ashore during sunset. Our experience was truly memorable, and we can't thank Jessica enough for her hospitality.
If I could give this home 6 stars I would. Even better than the pictures. Super clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you will need. Located close to all the Poipu attractions. Access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club also a plus. There was some construction going on nearby during our stay, but got nice and quiet at night.
Traveled with a handful of friends, including 3 young children/infants and it was the perfect space for our trip. Very spacious and open floor plan. Very well equipped and our host was gracious and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice quiet residential setting right on golf course. New house feel with great hardwood floors, nice bedrooms and baths. Spotlessly clean. Good pillows and linens. Convenient to best of Poipu. Good green views toward hills. Host was responsive and gracious. Beach equipment and outdoor shower. Had a comfortable stay.
Its an beautiful spacious home with all the amenities one could need or want. We were looking for a place that could accommodate my mother with limited mobility. Extremely quiet and peaceful and close to all the places we needed to go and see. There is beautiful view of the golf course, a wonderful porch with fans to relax on and close to the beaches. Everything was clean and functioned perfectly. It has a huge kitchen which we took full advantage of. There is gym equipment in the garage as well as other beach amenities so we did not need anything. The owner was very nice and was prompt to reply to any questions. This was our 6th family reunion and by far the nicest place we have stayed at. We didnt want to leave. You cant go wrong choosing it. Thank you Jessica. We would definitely like to come back again.
