Room was cute. We did appreciate having the chairs and umbrella to use during our stay. Location was good. Kitchen was well stocked, but knives are completely dull and a potato peeler would have been handy. Plenty of room for my family of 6. I would suggest better mattresses for all beds and pillows that aren’t flat. The space is small but would benefit from some hooks to hang towels/swimsuits, etc.
Run down and would not supply toliet paper. Bathtub needs replaced.

We are a family of 5 adults and stayed there 7 nights. Great location, close to all amenities and beaches. The place was clean, but the old carpet covering the bedroom and the living room is gross, it seriously needs to be removed. Blender didn’t work and it wasn't possible to reach anyone about this. The rest was fine, however don't expect anything fancy.
I travel to Kauai for work several times a year! I alway stay at this location. It real works for us!
This property needs to be totally renovated. Beds were terrible! Couch was very uncomfortable! Carpets were stained. Stayed for 10 nights with no clean bedding or towels. Smells very musty!
The unit was very clean and adequately supplied. It is conveniently located- a couple minutes’ walk to the beach, marketplace, drug store, and Boss Frogs (bike, snorkel, etc rental store). There are 3 pools to choose from and none were overly crowded. I would rent again!
