3br Plantation at Princeville! AC, fitness center, hot tub,, garage, more!

Vrbo should require owners to stay overnight and review property. Very dirty, poor quality , key pad didn’t work several times along with other small issues, last thing you want on a vacation calling management company almost daily on issues.

This property was excellent and had everything we needed for a great vacation! Highly recommend

Great location and nice property. We had a couple of problems like the bath not draining and a towel rack that fell off. They did come to fix the tub but it still never really drained well and the towel rack never got fixed. I would stay here again but I do think they need to do some remodeling. The kitchen cabinets smelled. I am sure it is hard to maintain things in the humidity but I think it’s time for new cabinets for sure. They were very good to respond to messages and check in was a breeze.

The condo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very spacious

Our stay was ok. I wish though that the one bedroom that doesn’t have an AC would have an option to increase the speed of the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan only had 1 chain, and it was for the light. Also, we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work. The remote allowed us to turn on the tv, but the screen was stuck on the language screen. We tried everything and we couldn’t change the screen. So we couldn’t watch tv in the living room.

Great location! Loved the condo. Perfect for 3 generations. Grandchildren, parents, grandparents. Lanai got lots of use from early morning and all day. Nice fitness and pool facilities. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant, attractive condo in a location perfect for exploring the North Shore area of Kauai. We stayed for three nights, after five nights in Poipu. Beds were comfy, TV worked well, quiet complex. Would stay again and recommend to others.There were a few geckos inside the unit but that was the case 16 years ago when we stayed in Princeville as well. Some in our group loved the bonus wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the lanais views and rhe neighborhood was perfect to walk around. The property was close to a grocery store, shaved ice, golf course, beach ans so much more.

Spacious layout, 3 very private bedrooms w private baths, well equipped kitchen, very nice pool & hot tub, big lanai/terrace, great birds, good view of sunrise. Small view of the ocean in the distance & mountains. My only misgiving & it is personal is that Plantation is more densely built than other places we have stayed in Princeville.

The condo was as advertised. Our reservation was seamless as always. The condo location was perfect for walking to the local shopping center for food and supplies, as well as walking to the beach. The owner supplied several useful items in the garage, such as an ice chest, beach chairs and an umbrella. There was extra sheets and beach towels as well. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Overall I was very pleased with our 10 day stay.

The area has a nice mix of residents and renters which offers a quieter and homier experience. People are friendly. This is a great spot for families and older travelers.

Great and quiet location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to plenty of activities for a family. The only constructive feedback I have is the furniture is dated and there were some dirty dishes left in the cupboards, but the property manager was responsive when we updated them. We would definitely return!

This property worked well for us, as we had 2 couples and 2 kids, so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect! The location and the lanai were the best!!

If you want to getaway to somewhere quiet, get a good nights rest and wake up to roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning, then the Plantations in Princeville is the place to stay. Hanalei Bay is minutes away and the shore and market are walking distance. The area has a great golf course at Princeville Makai (if you're willing to spend $359+ per person on a round of golf) nearby. Our stay at the property was very pleasant, complete with beach gear and advertised amenities, including a garage for our rental car. The 4-point rating is because the property is a bit outdated and needs some minor updates to the bathrooms (plumbing) and kitchen (stove). Overall, the property at the Plantations is great for a large family but seems more suitable for retirees. Young adults and Spring breakers would probably enjoy beach area hotels much more for the noise levels.

Very nice place to stay! Or was clean and well stocked! It would be nice to have locks in bedroom doors is the only thing I would recommend! Otherwise it was in a wonderful area and nice grocery store close!!
