We loved everything about this condo. It was a great location, beautiful view, immaculately clean, and provided so many extra supplies for our week stay like cooking and beach items. We will definitely be coming back to 2L when we return to Kauai. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was Beautiful and location ideal for exploring Poipu and Kōloa. Visited with my adult children and a 2year old granddaughter. Such a spacious unit, each of us enjoyed our own bedroomAnd bathroom! The pool was lovely and it was a terrific community to run and walk in. We were close to shops, restaurants, and even scheduled a spa day for the girls at Ko’a Ke’a Spa! The laundry was so helpful to have available. We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely and open living area - and would highly recommend this property for families, couples, the accommodations are perfect! Enjoyed the little goodies/gift left by the property management company. A wonderful stay!

Condo was nice, had plenty of towels. Plenty of space for a family. They have a lot of rules and no information about area. The pool is very cold and the hot tub had 14 adults and 4 kids. So couldn’t use it. The air will not go below 73*. So I could not sleep too sticky. Condo is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a lot of stairs. Not beach front have to drive. There is a Sheraton hotel on the beach. But over all a nice place.

Reviewer Comments: Our only issue was that were notified several days before our arrival that the central AC was not working and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. They supplied portable ac units in each room. The units were very loud especially trying to sleep with them on in the bedrooms. On two nights the units in the living room set the smoke detectors off while we were all sleeping so they had to be turned down. You couldn’t turn the units off and open the windows because it was humid and the noise from the road was load. We were given a small refund but not enough to cover the problems we had or the ruined trip

Large, well-appointed condo location near Poipu and Koloa Town. The condo offers large, private suites with a central guest bedroom.A treasure trove of family-friendly equipment is available.The upstairs unit is quiet and clean.

This house was perfect for me and my family of 6, great location and lots of food and shopping within walking distance. House was very comfortable and beautiful, lots of room, great appliances and extras and the company was very accommodating to our needs and went above for us. Highly recommend for any family considering this location.

Poipu Beach is a perfect getaway and this is a great place to stay with your family.

The things I would change has to do with a different design aesthetic. Like the padding on the bench is too big and not comfortable. The TVs do not have the same access. Great location, easy check in, clean condo!

Great location and plenty of room for our family if 7! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to sit on Lanai every morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise together! Some rooms were cooler than others with the a/c, but overall the temperature was comfortable. Loved the beach towels provided, and the beach toys, but would have loved a few more boogie boards. We just ended up renting a few more. Great location close to restaurants and shops, but it would have been nice to maybe have a guide with some of the local restaurants and menus, excursions and grocery stores. Overall, we had the most amazing vacation and would definitely book again!

This place was gorgeous! It was very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, containers, ziplocks, and more. The bedrooms were very nice and large. Lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a high chair for my grandson to use. Also lots of beach toys in the garage. This place is amazing, and I can’t wait to stay there again!

Beautiful condo! Clean, large rooms. Easy parking. Gorgeous porch. Steps from the Pool. 10 Min walk from restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to see the Sea Turtles at PoiPu Beach. Definitely will stay again!

We loved our stay here! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our whole family! The kitchen was well equipped, including extras such as sandwich bags and a few spices. There were several beach chairs, which we used several times as well as a cooler. The location is great for the south side of the island! It is a few minutes from multiple beaches, shopping and dining. The condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, which is why I didn't give 5 stars across the board. Overall, I would stay here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! We could walk to the beach for sunset (shy of a mile) which was nice. There was plenty of room for 6 of us (2 teens and 4 adults). The master bath was gorgeous! Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, but not spices or things like that. I would highly recommend.

Layout and accommodations were perfect for our group of 6( including two teenagers). Beautiful condo, nicely landscaped and decorated and close to the pool, shopping, dining and beaches. This was the first time we stayed on the southern part of Kauai and it won’t be our last. Would definitely want to stay in this unit again. We were in Hawaii island hopping for 24 days and the beds were the most comfortable here. It could use better lighting in the master bath, but that is a small issue. I have seen comments on reviews of various Hawaiian units complaining about bugs. I think people need to remember they are in a tropical climate and be very mindful about food storage and keeping countertops clean, it is part of island life it necessarily an indication of overall maintenance and cleanliness.

We loved this location but we ran into some issues. Usually you have expectations for this kind of cost to stay. They need to clean better and get regular pest control treatments. Counter was dirty, mirrors dirty upon arrival with dusty plants. Found dead bugs in the fridge, bed and in the rooms with lots of active bugs in the bathrooms every day. They did send the housekeeper to clean up while we were there and said their big guy comes quarterly. If those things were fixed I would give it a higher rating especially with how much we paid. Close to beaches and quiet development

We loved our stay and it accommodated our family very well. Loved the location and felt like it was right in the middle of both directions that we planned our activities. Poipu had great shopping and we loved beaches around. This Condo had boogie boards, chairs, and coolers available for use and we used them every day. Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for our family of 6 to stay in for the whole week.

great place for a stay in Hawaii

Very nice condo. The key code did not work but someone came quickly to let us in using the hard key. We were promised a new key code but never happened. The BIG problem was roaches! We saw them in the kitchen, then bathrooms, and finally twice in the fridge. I called management three times and got promises but no action. We finally bought Raid and sprayed our bags. Praying we don’t take them home. Totally unacceptable!!!

The host checked in on us daily with texts, very responsive. Never had issues with the house. Speaking of which, this place is beautiful with so many amenities. It helped create a wonderful vacation memory for my family and me. Would stay again 100%

We loved the location, and the condo was so nice inside! I messaged the property manager about something and got a prompt response. The condo was very spacious and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom as well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
