• Please be advised of Spa & Keiki Pool Construction Notice:
- Pili Mai Spa & Keiki Pool: Repairs begin the week of February 17. The spa (hot tub) is expected to be closed for approximately 4–6 weeks. The keiki pool may reopen sooner, timing dependent on construction progress and safety requirements. Temporary pool-area closures may occur on select days.
- Construction Safety Notice: All construction areas are fully enclosed and off-limits. Guests must follow posted signage at all times. Unauthorized entry into closed areas may result in a $1,000 fine plus any associated repair or remediation costs, which may be charged to the responsible guest.
• This townhome is on the second floor with interior stairs to the third floor. No elevator access.
• Standard occupancy is 8 guests; max occupancy is 10. Extra guest fees apply for guests over 8. Children under 5 are exempt from additional guest fees.

Location and amenities were excellent.
We loved staying at Pili Mai! The location was great for dining & shopping. Everything was spotlessly clean & the beds were comfortable. The large patio was a perfect space to relax.
Great location and overall experience. Property had more amenities than I expected. Late check-out was easily accommodated. Will definitely consider staying here again.
It's difficult when booking a stay online to truly understand what you have until you arrive. With our stay at Pila Mai, one word...Perfection. Perfectly located in Kauai on the south shore with easy access to beaches, walking distance to the shops and our fav Little Fish Coffee. The unit was clean and was well laid out with two bedrooms on the main floor and two on the second floor. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. A great little area with its own pool/fitness area just 20 steps away. communal bbq's which we used to cook the fish we caught. I slept better here than i do at home, we truly could not have asked for anything better in a place to house our family of 8. We had two vehicles and never had any parking issues. From utensils, to spices, to sunscreen, to towels, to beach chairs, to boogie boards, sand toys for my granddaughter, welcoming gifts...this rental made our stay easy and comfortable. When i return to Kauai, there is no doubt we would come back to this VRBO.

Beautiful condo and grounds. Perfect for our 3 families. Very quiet, plenty of essentials inc. beach stuff.
We brought our large family here to stay and were very impressed with it! There was plenty of space, it was clean, the grounds, pool, and exercise facilities were immaculate, and the property manager made adding last minute guests simple and seamless. The only small issue we ran into was addressed immediately by the kind property manager. We would come here again and/or look into purchasing our own unit to visit more often.
