Great condo, fantastic kitchen and the proximity to the pool was great!

The kitchen had everything, pool was clean, very nice grills by the pool. Had a hard time finding a pen or pencil for keeping score from playing card games.

Loved everything about our stay. The unit was spacious, comfy, great kitchen, lived the back patio and the well stocked garage full of beach equipment. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property and owners to other travelers. The location was perfectly between Poipu Beach and Old Koloa Town and the sound center nearby had great shops and eateries.

Beautifu condo in a quiet neighthood.

We vacationed with our Daughter, Son-in-law, and our two Grandchildren in June. The location of this Condo was perfect, close to the pool so the kids could enjoy their swim in a matter of minutes. The Lanai was perfect for enjoying the sunrise every morning. The kitchen was stocked with spices, and all the appliances needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were much appreciated. Communication with the owners was great, they provided info on attractions and restaurants prior to us going so we could book our tours and reservations ahead. We'll be back!

A perfect place for our group of friends for the first time in Kauai. Everything was as expected and as described. We were particularly impressed by the quality of communication with Bryant and Jane and the amount of information provided for an efficient visit of the island. I will happily come back in the future. Highly recommended.

First time in Kauai. Loved the unit and grounds. Great location. Easy drive to all the sight seeing places. Unit was perfect for my all adult family. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Only complaint was the unit was not as clean as expected and 6 adults showering took all the hot water. We had a wonderful stay and the unit had everything we needed.

Enjoyed every minute of this 12 night stay. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had every appliance needed! Sitting on the Lanai and visiting with the roosters and our friendly banana spider gave us all something to talk about. Loved all of the beach chairs, boogy boards and cooler available for our use. I will definitely stay there again!

10 people total (4 adults 6 children). We had a wonderful experience. Home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We used the grills at the pool area most nights. Check-in was smooth. I would recommend.

The home had everything we needed, from beach gear to extra toiletries and such. It's clean, nice and in a convenient location near shops, restaurants and the beach.

Property was clean and very well organized. It had all the needed items in the home to make us comfortable. in the garage it Also had beach chairs and umbrellas and even boogie boards for us to enjoy. I highly recommend staying at this condo for your future vacation needs.

Really nice 3 bedroom unit. Very comfortable, kitchen was well supplied for our nearly 2 week stay. Beach gear in the garage was an awesome bonus. Very close to the pool. These owners did a great job. The only negative is the lanai. It is failry companct and and faces the road. In the mornings it was not super peaceful so we were not in the habit of drinking our morning coffee there. Many of the builidings in this complex sit on the road and would be subject to the same issue.

This was a lovely place to have as a home base. We were two couples traveling together. We had lots of privacy but enjoyed the common areas especially the patio where we enjoted meals. The house was well equipped and well located. We often enjoyed the hot tub.

Location is awesome - near the beach and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked. There is even a rice cooker which is a bonus for my family. My family enjoyed the condos amenities like the gym and the pool. The condo itself is beautiful and cozy. AC and the fans in the rooms are great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. We were two families, including one grandmother. It had everything we needed, and the owner's guide was very helpful. Perfect location and the perfect size for our needs (6 adults and 3 kids). It was hard to find a rental that had a big enough kitchen table and enough chairs for us all but this rental did! Very satisfied with all aspects of the house.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Beautiful property, so close to beach and shops, yet such a quiet and peaceful location. And wonderful amenities like hot tub and workout room so close to the unit, and the unit itself was wonderful! Comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of space for our party of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including extra things like spices for grilling and plasticware for leftovers. We loved all the Tommy Bahama chairs- there are 8!! And boogie boards, surf boards-wonderful to have all those items to use and not have to rent them for the week. And the host was wonderful to work with, when there was a small issue that arose with the property it was taken care of quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!
