This home was fabulous and perfect for us. It's at a central location, it was clean and spacious. The home is roughly a 5 min walk to Paco Tacos restaurant on the gold course, great food and rinks. Two minor things occurred but the local staff was quick to take care of our concerns. We would refer this location for your Kauai trip!
The layout gave everyone a very private bedroom & each with a bathroom. Kitchen supplies were fabulous & they had a lot of beach equipment. Great pool & convenient location to many of the attractions.
We had a wonderful stay in the condo! It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with pans and prep ware and has upgraded appliances. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were great to have for long days at the beach. Condo is in a great location - close to restaurants and great for morning walks to the beach. As much as we loved our stay, we did have a few issues. We were notified a day before our stay that the a/c was not working and would not be fixed until much later. Instead we were provided portable a/c units in 2 of the bedrooms and the owners worked to get us an additional one for the third bedroom. This really made the stay amazing as the nights were warm and the condo is an upstairs unit. We also discovered an active hornets nest on one of the windows close to the lanai. We notified guest services and they had property facilities remove the nest the next day. So although we had a few issues, it did not dampen our stay or affect how much we enjoyed the home. Communication between the home owners and property management was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Clean and well maintained property. Plenty of space for my family. Beautiful view. Beach, restaurants and shopping reasonably close.
We just finished our stay and I have to say it was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was so nice that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The beds are really comfortable and the condo was nice and quiet when we would get home at night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean, nice and close to everything.
We just stayed at this lovely condo and have no regrets. It is beautiful, spotless clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were impressed with how they thought of everything and we moved right in without problem, other than we had trouble finding it in the dark when we first arrived. Although we're giving 5 stars, there are a few issues. First, when the A/C turns off there is an annoying boom every time, loud enough to wake us up. It seems obvious that the metal ductwork is making the noise when the air pressure changes. I am sure it would be an easy fix for a competent A/C person, yet other reviewers have mentioned it so it's not being dealt with. Second, this unit is right on the street leading into Pili Mai and to the adjacent golf course and there is almost continuous traffic, most exceeding the 20 MPH speed limit. The noise is constant much of the time and annoying. Third , the Internet and TV were lacking. There is no live TV feed so we used Netflix and Hulu, but the network was so spotty that watching a movie was difficult, with buffering every couple minutes through the whole thing. And finally, we called Vacasa because we ran out of paper towels and there was no kitchen sink stopper. The person I spoke to was very polite and said they would be happy to bring what we requested within 24 hours. They never showed up. We would definitely go to Pili Mai again, but may hesitate on 15K. I hate to say anything bad about 15K because it was a wonderful place to stay; it just has these issues.
The condo was very nice and had almost everything we needed. I would highly recommend it!
