- Pili Mai Spa & Keiki Pool: Repairs begin the week of February 17. The spa (hot tub) is expected to be closed for approximately 4–6 weeks. The keiki pool may reopen sooner, timing dependent on construction progress and safety requirements. Temporary pool-area closures may occur on select days.
- Construction Safety Notice: All construction areas are fully enclosed and off-limits. Guests must follow posted signage at all times. Unauthorized entry into closed areas may result in a $1,000 fine plus any associated repair or remediation costs, which may be charged to the responsible guest.

Great place to stay in Poipu! Close to all on offer in the area. House is set up with everything you need for a long term stay!
My family enjoyed our stay at 12A, lots of supplies and the beach equipment came in handy. Plenty of shops nearby with lots of choices of restaurants.
Great location for Poipu staying. This trip was our third visit to Pili Mai and our favorite condo yet. We did have a few hiccups but the property manager acted quickly. Looking forward to returning soon
We chose this condo for its location in Koloa. Perfect size, home away from home, kitchen modern and functional, nice bedrooms, beds comfortable, leather sectional couch, washer and dryer. The clubhouse pool/gym was better than resort style. Aside from the beautiful pool, they had inside/outdoor workout areas, pickleball court, tennis, and basketball. As well as nice bar/restaurant with great service. We also worked out at the condo gym which had a modern equipment. I didnt bring my clubs but i wish i did because we were on a golf course! 15 min walk to local shops and another 10 minutes more to poipu beautiful beaches. great memories

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It came with all the essentials and more. The beach equipment was really nice to have and in good condition. We didn’t do any cooking, but it came with everything one might need to save some money instead of eating out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the AC was limited to 72 which is fine during the day, but it would have been nice to have it cooler for sleeping. We will recommend this place to our family and friends.
This property was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were nice. It was well appointed with nice kitchenware. It came equipped with beach chairs, a cooler and some snorkel gear.The facility pool is close by and wonderfully large. BBQs are close by, clean and equipped with gas. Location was convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. I recommend this property.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked (it even had an air fryer!), beds were so comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool every day and the membership to the Poipu Athletic Club was an amazing perk - we walked there and enjoyed outside workouts, swimming pool with slide. Location is excellent - close to Poipu Beach, restaurants and shopping center. We came with two families and had tons of room. Double master bedrooms was very appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time
We weren't sure exactly what to expect, as this was a newer listed unit with limited reviews, but it deserves more 5-star reviews! The unit is well kept, and everything we needed for our stay was already there! Kitchen had lots of accessory/appliances, and the Laundry room had plenty of detergent if you left some! Owner and property management were quite reponsive when we had questions. Only used the pool once, since Poipu Beach is so close, but it was nice to have access still! Our group (6 adults) had a wonderful stay here!
