It is designed for gatherings of up to eight people and provides an upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation. Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable.
As a large single level home there are no stairs. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.

The house has central AC and Free WiFI. There is also a large laundry room in the home for your use.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. There is an indoor dining table, outdoor table on the lanai and additional seating at the kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.
The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
Beyond building an elegant, yet comfortable furnished home, we know it's often the small surprises and conveniences that make all the difference.

For your day at the Beach
We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:
- Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
- Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
- Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
- Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
- Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.
For those with children
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to travel with all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do
A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
Peaceful Paradise is a new home in the Ainamalu complex.

As advertised, great rental house. Pool and spa were fantastic. Street was quiet, but close enough to walk to the King and Queen’s shops.
Everything was great
Host was great. House was perfect. It's in a cool location, off the beaten path to avoid the public, but not too far from being able to walk to everything you need. House was well furnished and stocked and taken care of. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes and used the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment all week long. Everything was perfect for our purpose! The place is beautiful. Loved the view of the mountains. There is a lot of check out procedures required. The charge for Housekeeping is equal to a night stay & being asked to have beach towels washed/dried AND start bath towels so a lot.
Everything was as described and was the perfect fit for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything. They had everything we needed and kid items that are challenging to travel with which made it so much easier. Would definitely recommend staying here!
This house was exactly as described, Perfect location as it is close to all the shops and restaurants in Waikoloa and right off the highway for easy access to your adventures.The pool is warm, the house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to deal with and even offered us a late checkout as our flight was a later one. We will be staying here again.
From arrival to depart exceptional experienceWhen I go back to HAWAII I will definitely stay at this property again, property manager was just delightful to deal with, and the house was perfect. Stayed here over the Christmas week very quiet great house location is perfect. If you wanna be in the beaches, you have to be able to go somewhere quiet or also stores nearby at the resort you can go to overall I would come here again in a heartbeat.
We celebrated our 30 Anniversary with some friends on the Big Island. Peaceful Paradise was absolutely amazing! We look forward to booking Peaceful Paradise again.
The house and location was perfect for where all the wedding activities were happening. The house was beautiful and the setup was great for our family of 6. We enjoyed our stay and if we get back to Kona we’ll book this house again!
We had a fantastic time at your property. It was one of the cleanest we have stayed at on the island (and Maui!). We didn't see a single insect inside! It was quiet when we were outside and the bikes were wonderful for riding around the complex. We hit the island during a high wind warning that lasted for about 4 days. The house was big enough for us not to feel penned in with our group. We loved being able to step outside to the pool - as we wouldn't have wanted to trek to a pool in the wind if we were in a hotel. Perfect area for running the morning and biking in the afternoon.

Our family had such a great time in this home ! We especially liked having a private backyard, and the kids loved being able to run around while we grilled up fresh fish. This was a great location to explore the island from. We all really enjoyed the Waimea farmers market. We would absolutely stay here again.
