Perfect location and accommodations for our first visit to Kauai! Communication with Lucy was great - she was very helpful and extremely accommodating! Our return flight was a red eye and she told us to stay as late as we wanted on our departure day before driving to the airport - it gave us an entire extra day in town without rushing to pack and clean up! Ocean views were amazing and location is Princeville is perfect for walking, golfing, proximity to Hanalei…whatever your plans are! Condo has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! We will definitely return to Kauai and book another stay at Lucy’s condo!

Lucy’s spot was perfect for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area of Princeville and a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property offers a beautiful full view of the ocean from the lanai and both of the bedrooms. Although the sunrise and sunset were just out of sight to the right and left, there was no better place to start and end your day. The quiet neighborhood and neighbors were a delight and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend this property.

This condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Quiet area, good location, overlooking the ocean. Close to golf course, Hanalei, and close to many beaches. Great and comfortable place to stay, can’t wait to visit again!

We were looking for a reasonably priced 2 bedroom condo in Northern Kauai with air conditioning and this fits the bill. Everything is as described and more. The house comes with everything we need for a Hawaii vacation: clean and nicely furnished with extra including beach towels, snorkeling gear, surfboard. Nice kitchen with plates and silverware. Washer dryer and detergent. Overall we had a nice and happy experience.

We had a wonderful time at this home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make the week feel like we were at home. The view from all the rooms was unbeatable and the location was perfect for any North Shore activities :)

Woke up each day to a beautiful view of the ocean with waves crashing on the shore. Convenient to get too many sites in Princeville and Hanalei. Kitchen table gave us a place to play cards and gamesWasher and dryer were a plus.Lucy was quick to respond to our concern.

The condo is perfectly appointed and Lucy was a warm, clear and courteous communicator. We were stunned by the views and there was nothing that had not been thought of to make the stay comfortable and convenient.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views over the ocean from the lanai and the bedrooms were amazing. The condo is furnished very tastefully (we loved the colour combinations) and was perfect for our family of 3 adults. All necessities were provided, including a good selection of beach equipment- we made good use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again - especially for that view.

This place is awesome! My wife, granddaughter and I stayed here in June 2024. It is right on a cliff overlooking the Pacific and is within a 10 minute drive of shopping and restaurants in Hanalei. It has a great pool and lots of walking paths and comes with everything you might need for a trip to the beach. We will be back.

The view was amazing from every room. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. It was very clean with a bunch of adorable geckos scurrying about in the garden. Lots of chickens ready to wake you up and get your day going.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property has incredible views from every room, it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with necessary items as well as some useful supplies for beach outings. Lucy was a terrific host and communicated very well. We’ll definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning (we saw some whales sitting on the lenai eating breakfast!!) and it had everything we needed. We were able to grocery shop, cook, go to beaches nearby. All in all a wonderful experience!

Condo is clean, quiet, well kept and has everything you need. Convenient north shore location close to the grocery store, farmers markets, and Hanalei Bay. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the lanai while gazing at the ocean.

We just returned from a weeklong stay to celebrate my birthday. Our daughter and her boyfriend joined us and we had plenty of space in this well appointed condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning and fans to keep us comfortable too. But most of all everyone enjoyed the spectacular view from the living room and both bedrooms. We saw whales breaching, multiple sunsets, and so many rainbows. What a treat! The owner was so welcoming and sweet - brought us binoculars to enjoy the views even more and treated me to flowers, cheesecake and a bottle of prosecco on my birthday - what hospitality! We have visited the island 6+ times and love Princeville for its walking paths, secluded beaches, nearby restaurants and that Bali Hai view and sunsets which can’t be beat. My family and I recently stayed at the most amazing condo and had such a positive experience! The location was prime, with breathtaking ocean views that we couldn't get enough of. Every morning, we were greeted by the sight of whales jumping in the distance while enjoying breakfast on the lanai. It was such a serene and peaceful setting. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook meals and enjoy them while admiring the stunning views. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was so clean and well-maintained. But what made our stay truly exceptional was the kindness and hospitality of the owner, Lucy. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home in her condo. Overall, our stay at this condo was beyond amazing and we can't wait to return. The combination of the incredible location, impeccable cleanliness, and wonderful owner made for a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot.

This is a a clean, comfortable, updated condo with a beautiful view from the balcony/lanai. It’s walkable to beaches, a few restaurants and a short drive to Hanalei. It’s a great place to be for a Kauai vacation.

Host was very helpful and when we took a wrong turn finding the property, they came out and met us to make sure we found the property and were able to get settled ok. Great views and close to Hanalei Beach. Great area for walking too. Only concern was kitchen was very small (but who wants to cook a lot on vaca anyway!).

The property was exactly as the pictures imply - beautiful and clean with an excellent remodel. While the unit is on the small side, it was perfect for our family and perfectly adequate. The ocean views are incredible. Sitting out on the balcony with a good cup of coffee each morning was the perfect start to each day. We even saw multiple whales with their calves swimming in the waters just offshore. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and fully updated, and the furnishings and decor were all new throughout. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and communication with them was easy. Our only suggestion would be to add a Keurig coffeemaker to the kitchen. Excellent stay and we will definitely return!
