This spacious 2-bed, 2-bath ground-floor villa (1,170 SF) blends modern comfort with relaxed resort living. Enjoy golf course + Mauna Kea views from your private lanai—perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Stroll 18 min to A-Bay Beach or 7 min to shops, dining, groceries, and a weekly farmer’s market.
The space
Designed for both comfort and functionality, this villa offers a hotel-like experience with the bonus of a full kitchen and homey touches:
Primary Suite: Features a King bed with a supportive mattress and plush topper for a great night’s sleep.
Guest Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed and plush topper.
Additional Sleeping Options: A pull-out sofa bed plus a folding floor mattress provide space for larger groups or families. Pack n Play available for babies.
Living Area: Inviting with views of the golf course and mountains, plus TVs in every room equipped with popular streaming services. Board games, kids books and toys also available for your keiki.
Kitchen: Outfitted with quality cookware, appliances, and utensils for preparing meals at home along with basic pantry staples. Kitchen includes: Blender, food processor, toaster oven, rice cooker, drip coffee machine, Brita water filter.
Cooling: Central A/C ensures year-round comfort.
Our home overlooks Hole 1 of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course — Lake Course. Step outside at sunset to enjoy a quiet moment on the green and practice your short game as the sky turns golden.

Guests have full use of the villa and on-site amenities, all just a 1–2 minute walk away. The condo is on the ground floor with a short walk across to the pool, perfect for families with small children.

We’re a young family who loves to travel, so we understand firsthand what makes a stay comfortable—especially with kids. If there’s anything you need during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We also offer a car rental (subject to availability) with convenient pick-up at Kona Airport. We live just a short drive away and are happy to help in any way we can!
