Excellent stay. The house is beautiful. The owner is great to work with. And the onsite property management is responsive and friendly. It's a wonderful house that's very spacious for a family but also with nice common areas like the kitchen, patio, and swimming pool that are perfect for everyone to be together. The Pauoa community and larger Mauna Lani property also have everything needed with easy access. We enjoyed our stay and the highest compliment I can offer is we already booked again to return.
My family and I had a wonderful week together staying in this beautiful home. Stunning views, lovely pool and so well outfitted for everything you might need. I feel very grateful for the precious time I had with my family in this fabulous home.

Wonderful house for a family getaway. The house provided plenty of privacy as well as great shared space. View from the pool is incredible! Short walk to the beach and Fairmont Orchid. Highly recommend!
We’ve stayed at this house a number of times (which is the highest compliment I can give). The owner and property manager are both extremely responsive. The house is well laid out and kept in great condition. We love breakfast and dinner on the patio looking out on the ocean with Maui in the distance. And being on the Mauna Lani property is great for access to a very good grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. Overall A+
From the moment we parked in the driveway and received a warm greeting and house tour from Kathleen, we knew it was going to be a special and memorable stay. They would spend their days having a putting contest on the putting green next to the home pool, to using the big green lawn to play soccer or spike ball, then go play volleyball around the corner, and then head over to the beach or the private club pool (all within a 100yds) The home comes fully equipped with multiple beach towels/beach chairs/snorkel gear/ boogie boards etc. As for meals, we had dinner reservations for each night, however, the boys all wanted to cook/grill at home and swim and play at the house. This house has the best appointed kitchen I have seen at a house. All types of glasses and plates, actual sharp cooking knives, all types of pots and pans, and every kitchen gadgets you can think of from blenders, to crockpot etc. We have stayed many times on the Big Island. This house, location, amenities and layout have been the best yet!
This home is spectacular in every way! The owners have provided everything anyone will need. The house is perfectly organized, and all contents are of highest quality. The views are breathtaking, much better than photos. The home layout is ideal for both privacy and family gatherings. Kathleen the concierge is fantastic. Truly a dream vacation getaway!
This SPECTACULAR home continues to be our favorite rental on the big island! It’s a tropical luxury home that hits all the right notes with space and amenities to spare. You’ll find my review below and all our glowing opinions still remain - just be aware there is no longer a billiard table. In its place is a beautifully redecorated dining room. Mahalo to the owners and wonderful on site management.
Everything about our stay, the house, the location, the amenities, the ambience and warm welcome was No Ka 'Oi! That means "The Best" in Hawaiian. The location within the exclusive Pauoa Beach Club offered privacy and amazing views while offering a full club experience and easy access to the beach and restaurants, market, shops, golf and the Mauna Lani Resort. We're looking forward to returning!
This is a spacious and luxurious home! The house was everything we expected and more. The owner and property management were extremely helpful and lovely to work with. The location is perfect, and you can easily walk to the ocean and Fairmont Hotel, Beach Club, and shops. I cannot say enough about this fabulous property, and we will definitely be back!
The house and property are beautiful and were perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool, access to the beach, and stunning views of the landscape and ocean from the back patio and pool. The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach, where we'd go on walks in the morning and see sea turtles and explore tidal pools. We also really enjoyed having access to the Puako Beach Club, which features a stunning reef to snorkel and explore. It's a short driving distance to a few other beautiful beaches like Hapuna Beach. The house had everything we needed for a day at the beach, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and umbrellas for the beach, as well as everything we needed to barbecue, cook, and enjoy relaxing family meals together on the patio. Both Stephanie and Katherine were easy to communicate with. I would love to stay here again next time we're on the Big Island.
