Everything was great. Everything was in great condition, and the host was very welcoming. The condo was very clean and there were good pots and pans to use in the kitchen.

We had a fabulous stay!! Arrived in the dark of night and woke up to the most stunning views!! This rental was perfect.I want to be clear on how perfectly this was stocked! Boogie boards, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas!! All you need is your clothes!!We will rent this place specifically again!!Bravo!!!

The apartment is as advertised. The photos give a good representation of the property, a beautiful, airy, clean and spacious second floor apartment with an amazing view (ocean, rainbows, sunsets). At times there was some noise from the construction next door but it was not a real issue. The host, Steve, was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Steve is a great host, and his property is just as described. It's clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, with great views and a location that's convenient to everything on Kauai's North Shore. We highly recommend!

This was a very tidy and well equipped condo with a priceless view of gardens and the ocean just beyond. The owner was a huge plus as he provided lists of beaches, restaurants, and favorite things to do in and around Princeville and Hanalei. He was also quick to respond to some minor issues that arose during our stay. The only drawback of the condo was the master BR was the only sleeping area where you could close the door for privacy. ithershore.

Beautiful, well stocked unit, wonderful ocean view, and very quiet. A nice little beach just a short walk away, with many others nearby by car. Sunsets visible from the complex grounds, but not directly from unit. Still, had a pleasant stay and enjoyed sightseeing the rest the island and checking out the many beaches. Traffic can be a bit much at times, but still reasonable overall. Property management was excellent and always available to answer any questions and generally make us feel welcome.

Stocked with all the great beach equipment needed for swimming/snorkeling/ relaxing.Loved having coffee/dinner on Lanai looking out over the ocean. Great quiet location in Princeville. So happy we were here to see the nesting Albatross and their new chicks. Hope to come back real soon!

The property was perfect! Clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, gorgeous location, close to everything. We used the welcome book with owners recommendations for everything, it was so helpful and spot on! The owner also has all you need for a great beach vaca, chairs, cooler, boogie boards ! We will be back, thank you!!

Nice clean property with great views of the ocean. Steve is nice to provide beach chairs etc with the unit. Only negative is it was dark when we checked into the condo and the parking lot and entrance to the building was not well lit making it difficult to find the right number on the door. Had to break out the cellphone flashlight. No big deal.

This was a great place for our family to stay. Well stocked kitchen, beach gear galore, great views and close to the best snorkeling on the north shore. We even saw whales directly from the dining room table while we were eating. Steve was an excellent resource and checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Beautiful home away from home and loved everything about it. Thank you Steve!

The home was everything we expected. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax after long days hiking and enjoying the island. View was incredible and I enjoyed reading my book on the deck and watching the whales dance of the coast! Complex pool was really nice. Peaceful and quiet. Great to relax by at the end of the day. Steve was very good to work with and did everything he could to make our stay the best! Would most certainly return! Aloha!

The views from the condo are spectacular! Condo was well supplied for normal use and beach supplies. Really going to miss having coffee on the lanai to start the day. Very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Steve's property. It was exactly as the pictures showed, well stocked, extremely comfortable beds, easy to get to a few restaurants and grocery - and the view is gorgeous. Having beach chairs was a wonderful extra that we were grateful for. Steve was very easy to connect with when we had questions.

This was really a top-notch experience with Vrbo. Steve the owner is on top of communication and responded to questions promptly throughout the process. The property is not only well-provisioned, but everything is clean, well-kept, and top notch. Spotless kitchen and kitchen outfitting, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms with plentiful linens, and all the beach requirements you could think of. The comfy lanai was a pleasure, but we also appreciated the air-conditioned bedrooms and living room. We set the in-room AC units at 75 degrees and were comfortable all day and night. We highly recommend this rental!

The condo is a quiet, top floor end unit. It has a beautiful view. The living room is comfortable. The owner shared information about things to do in the area and local restaurants before we arrived which made planning in advance helpful. He also called us the day after we arrived. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and foam noodles that the owner provided. The unit has good natural light. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai each morning. The only drawback was the flow of cool air in the condo. The portable air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud that we couldn’t sleep while it was on.The portable fan in the bedroom wasn’t enough to keep the bedroom cool. The bathroom was muggy. There is no fan in the bathroom and the window doesn’t offer enough ventilation. The portable air conditioner in the living room worked inconsistently and required a little troubleshooting to get the cool air flowing again. We had a good stay and recommend the condo overall.

We just returned from a fantastic week's stay at this gorgeous condo. It was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. Steve was a very gracious host and gave us a lot of recommendations ahead of time as to things to do, beaches to visit and restaurants to dine in. He even left us a very thoughtful welcome gift. The kitchen was so well set up, that we ended up eating most meals at the condo. We did have dinner at B's, had a couple of great pizzas at Hideaways and headed to Poipu one day to eat lunch the Grand Hyatt. We also went tubing down a mountain canal - it was so fun - highly recommend it, but reserve early! We had all the comforts of home (thank goodness for the portable air conditioning units, it did get a little toasty a couple of the days) and truly enjoyed our stay. Nights on the lanai were perfect and I got some of the most gorgeous sunset pictures. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and his condo to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Princeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Steve.

This place is just as advertised. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great views. I enjoyed walking to 1 Hotel in the mornings for coffee. It is so nice that the owner has all of the beach supplies you need for 6 people including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and towels and even a wagon so you can lug it all to the beach. His guide book is thorough with great suggestions and he was open to helping out if we needed him for anything. It's nice that you can walk to your own small snorkeling beach from the property and it's a quick drive to Hanalei and other towns. I would recommend this place for your vacation!

Everything about this condo was amazing-its location on the island, the views from the condo….the only bad thing is that we didn’t stay longer due to kids needing to get back to work. Steve gave us so many great ideas to do which were super helpful. Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We were not lacking for anything. I personally loved the decor of the cottage as it fit the oceanic vibe of the island. Also, you can’t beat the lanai as you listen to birds and the surf of the ocean. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and we would most certainly go back.

This condo is a stunning place to stay while you explore Paradise in Kauai. Ocean views from the deck and kitchen table are amazing and you can watch the Nenes and Cattle Egrets roam the lawn in front of you. You can hike down to Hideaways beach in a few minutes which is never crowded. Unlike many condo's I've rented, everything was in perfect working order here. There are beach chairs, snorkeling gear and body boards for your use. Steve left a welcome gift for us when we checked in that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury hotel. He even called to make sure everything was going well. What a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to a beautiful view each morning. The place had everything we needed incl beach gear. We loved it walking around Princeville and easy walk to the 1 hotel for coffee and hideaways beach.

The apartment provides all you need. The location was absolutely stunning! We saw whales a couple of times very closely! Would definitely stay there again!

This is as beautiful as described and more. If you are at the North shore, this is the place. We walked to the beach, to farmer's markets, to restaurants. From the balcony you can watch the ocean and the nene! Plus, Steve made the whole experience trouble free. Thanks for a fabulous holiday in paradise!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a great place right along the coast. AC worked perfectly and it was very relaxing place to wind down after a day out in the sun. It’s a quiet part of the island with not too much around it. It’s about 10-15 minutes from Hanalei which has plenty of shops and food. Another 40 minutes to a little over an hour if you want to spend a day on the south side of the island. I highly recommend the location it if you don’t mind driving to see the rest of the island. Steve had great recommendations for activities and food!

The property was great! Disappointed that there were no grill options available would be our only complaint! The host was awesome and they have plenty of detailed items in their book on what to do!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Kauai. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with kitchen necessities. The a/c units in each room were nice and the washer and dryer were very handy. Plenty of snorkeling masks and flippers and beach chairs for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had pop up. My husband and kids can be picky when it comes to beds and I heard no complaints from anyone. Would stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 5. Steve was very helpful with any questions we had and the place was well stocked with everything you would need. We were able to enjoy many of the nearby beaches and hiked Kalalau Trail. It was a bit of a jaunt to Poipu and the canyons but we really enjoyed staying this side of the island. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

It is well furnished, and in a quiet, upscale area. Very clean and well kept. The owner provided lot of useful information and responded immediately when needed. The apartment is stocked with gear needed for a beach outing - umbrellas, hairs, boogie boards etc. About the only thing that we missed is that it is not beach front - something we knew before we stayed there. It is also located in the North and quite a drive to the Airport, Poi Pu and Waimea Canyon, but there are some really nice places around North and East that are close by. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great vacation in Kauai and loved the condo we stayed at. Nearly every morning we watched humpback whales from our balcony while having coffee. The location had a great view of the ocean and was close to a number of great beaches for snorkeling and swimming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and baths all appeared recently updated and were clean. Owner supplied beach and snorkel gear as well as great suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. They even checked in via phone after we arrived to see if needed anything or had any questions. We plan to stay there again.
