This lovely two bedroom open concept home is fully furnished.
The large living room with soaring 20' ceilings and is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 65' UHD 4K TV.
The large dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals!
Prepare delicious island inspired meals in the well equipped gourmet kitchen.
The upstairs primary suite has a King bed, private ensuite and lanai.
The main floor second bedroom has a queen bed and nearby private bathroom.
The living room also boasts a queen pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate 6 guests.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen/BBQ, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The upstairs private lanai off the Master is a great place for watching sunsets or enjoying your morning Kona coffee. The view is spectacular with views of the golf courses and wild goats with their babies that pass through. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do:
Staying at Kulalani at Mauna Lani gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

Love being so close to the pool facilities and being able to swim in the lap pool.
Everything was great, except should put a king bed in the downstairs bedroom and stock up on some pillows🙂
My wife and I booked this last minute as the Maui fires diverted us. The place was clean and very comfortable. It is in a gated neighborhood about a half mile from the Fairmont Orchid. All Hawaii beaches allow public access so we used the bikes from the house to ride to the beach daily. The kitchen was perfect with all the items we needed to cook meals daily. The market is about a 3 minute bike ride down the road. We enjoyed brewing Kona coffee daily at the condo. The master bedroom was quiet and spacious with a nice bathroom. This was a perfect spot if we had brought our kids. The neighborhood pool was warm and an easy walk across the driveway. Our only complaint would be the snorkel gear googles were so scratched, if you want to snorkel any of the close by bays, you'd probably want to rent. We used the soft cooler for the beaches. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay and we'd definitely recommend for small families.
My first impression of the unit is how clean it was. The neighborhood and area are beautiful. The kitchen and garage are well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect, easy drive to Kona and Waimea. The management company is very responsive. I will definitely stay in any property they represent.
For the past 14 years, my wife and I have celebrated Thanksgiving and our anniversary in the Mauna Lani area. This was our first time in the Kulalani area and we hope it's not our last. When we first arrived we were a little disappointed with some of the items in the kitchen. Some were old and some 'essentials' were missing. I wrote the management company with a list of items that could make the unit even better and they delivered everything the next day! The owners provide tons of stuff for families to use at the beach or pool. There's so much that we had to figure out a way to re-position everything in order to get a car in the garage. We LOVED the pool area, especially the Quiet/Lap pool. I would highly recommend this unit to someone who wants to stay in the Mauna Lani area and feel like you're in a wonderful community neighborhood.
Very quiet area of the resort. Short drives to beaches and restaurants. Waikiloa Village beaches and shopping are only 10 minutes away and we went often. Nice restaurants that weren’t expensive. The market is great for affordable grab m go food
We loved this home. Great location. Perfect for two people but we hosted a few friends for dinner too. The outdoor space is private and quiet. The pool is lovely. We’d love to stay again sometime!
We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. The property was spotless. We appreciated all of the extras: bikes, coolers, beach toys etc. Communication was prompt. I would love to stay again at this fabulous home.

We were disappointed to arrive at 11:30 pm and find it impossible to park in the garage. There was also a smoke alarm beeping inside the unit. We had to disable the smoke alarm. There were two bicycles on the floor of the garage when we arrived and an ice chest placed so that I could not open the driver’s door. But the wall brackets for the bicycles were poorly positioned so even after I put the bicycles up on them and repositioned the ice chest and other items, we still could not park in the garage without our side mirrors colliding with the bikes’ handlebars. Fortunately, there was an outdoor parking spot available. We found the window shades in the master bedroom to be barely adequate and almost unworkable.
