Step inside and you’ll feel the relaxed warmth of Hawaiian hospitality. The open living area is designed for unwinding after a day of adventures, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or out on the pool lanai with cooling tradewinds.
Sleeping Arrangements:
THIS IS IMPORTANT: IN THE LOFT, THERE ARE EITHER TWO TWIN BEDS OR ONE KING, NOT BOTH. THE TWIN BEDS CAN BE CONVERTED TO A KING EASILY, AND ALL OF THE BEDDING/TOPPER IS READILY AVAILABLE.

Loft bedroom (upper level): Two twin beds (can be made into a king—everything you need is already in the unit)
The Cosco Pack and Play Crib is available in the unit upon request. Make sure you give us a heads up before your stay, and we will bring it to the unit.
This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Tradewinds and ceiling fans keep the space cool and breezy, just the way most homes on Kauai were designed.

Good to Know
To make sure expectations are clear:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes on Kauai, this unit does not have AC. Tradewinds generally keep the home comfortable. There are ceiling fans and floor fans to keep you comfortable in the hotter months.
Upstairs Unit: Paniolo 204A is on the second floor. There is no elevator.
Internet: Wi-Fi is available, but speeds and reliability can vary due to Kauai’s remote location.
No Smoking Property: Paniolo is a strictly non-smoking condo complex per association rules and Hawaii state law. Smoking is allowed only off property and at least 20 feet from all residential structures.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was made easy for us to find and the view was insane, and the pool was so perfect for our first day in princeville. Our host was so helpful as well with checking in on how we were doing and any questions we did have We hope to stay again some day.
This condo made the perfect base camp for our girls' trip to Kauai! Location was central for all our North Shore adventures (and all our other adventures too), and the condo had all the amenities we could want. 10/10 would recommend!
We LOVED this condo! Was very comfortable and our boys loved staying up in the loft. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, had some beach things to borrow and was a close drive to Hanalei Bay and local beaches. There’s local traffic noise nearby, but we packed noise machines out of preference. Would definitely stay again.
Host was great and helpful really easy to find and accessible great price would make it a regular spot 10/10
